Dessert Laboratory - Need we say more. Messina is nearby but Fruggi is the best. The flavours can be a little strange, but ask them for a tasting before making the commitment. *Hint: the 1 litre tub for $20 is amazing value.

This is Canberra-made ice cream in a funky quirky street close to Canberra city. The ice cream and sorbet are amazing and they make fabulous coffee, real ice cream thick shakes and the best affagato. They are open until 11pm over summer.

One of my favourites in Canberra, an artisan ice cream shop with multiple delicious flavours. Their most recent hit was a durian ice cream.
