Ferienunterkünfte in Tipton County

We had both sides of the duplex and it was perfect for our 4 families. The internet is very slow and tv doesn't really work due to it, but this was disclosed in the description of the property. The property is rural so if you aren't used to soft water that also has a strong sulfur smell, this might not be for you. We did wish the property had a grill, but other than those 3 things, everything was perfect and as pictured. Both sides were easy to get into and great parking. We would definitely stay here again.

Gil was an excellent host! He answers questions and issues quickly. The only issues had to do with extending our stay! This place was centrally located to both locations I was visiting. I stayed for six weeks. The apartment is everything you need for an extended stay!

WE HAD AN AMAZING STAY FROM CHECK IN TO CHECK OUT. KIM WAS A GREAT HOST. THE AMENTIES ARE UNLIKE ANYTHING WE HAVE EXPERIENCED FROM THE POOL TO THE PLACE. IF YOU FORGOT DRINKS BY THE POOL NO PROBLEM KIM HAS THEM!! IF YOU FORGET A TOOTHBRUSH NO PROBLEM KIM HAS ONE FOR YOU! PLENTY OF BATH TOWELS AND SWIM TOWELS. VERY COOL AMENITIES AND PLACE, CLEAN AND SAFE PLACE TO STAY, WILL DEF BE BACK NEXT YEAR!!

This was the family’s second stay with Sara at Grace Farm. We love the well stocked kitchen to prepare meals for the crew, the beds are comfy, three bathrooms is definitely a plus, and there are places for small groups to have conversations and catch up without talking over others. We love meeting in this lovely setting.

Grace house was peaceful amd perfect. I wish we could've stayed longer. Everything was perfect. All communication was exact. Love it we will be back!

This was the perfect place for me and my siblings to stay. Close to our family and where our uncles funeral took place. We would totally recommend this place to anyone needing something close to Kokomo!

This place was perfect for our needs. The house was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. Kitchen was stocked with all we needed for cooking and eating (kitchen was huge, and fridge was very clean, looked brand new). Plenty of bathrooms, and there were more than enough towels (which was nice). Bedrooms were spacious, and beds were comfortable. We had no complaints!

Just wanted to shout Jeannie and the Cozycorner out! She really took care of us this weekend as we were getting married just a few minutes down the street. Very accommodating , responsive , so kind , and even left us a Congratulations note. 10/10 would stay again. It was just what we needed!
