This stylish two bedroom apartment is housed in an XVIII-century building on a second floor and is located between the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain. It has recently been restructured by a renowned Italian architect. It has two master bedrooms, a spacious living room with a dining area, an elegant bathroom, a contemporary kitchen and an enclosed terrace, a rarity in the historical city. A Smart TV, Playstation and Netflix are available. Tea, coffee & some cooking essentials are complimentary.

The small bedroom opens to a double charming terrace—perfect for morning coffee or sunset wine, with dreamy views of Rome’s rooftops and domes.

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

The elevator have a rescue system connected to a 24-hour operating facility. Hot water produced by a thermal power station always on. There is a washer/dryer and some household cleaning products. If you need the cleaning service, you may have it for € 50 per day one day a week.
