Villa Lord's House liegt am Rande eines kleinen Dorfes im Herzen von Istrien. Das gesamte Grundstück ist eingezäunt (neuer 1,6 Meter hoher Zaun) und privat. Im lauschigen Garten, nur mit grüner Natur umgeben, gibt es einen großen Swimmingpool. Liegen und Sonnenschirme sind überall. Ein Pavillon, mit einem großen Tisch und einem Holzkohlengrill, ist direkt über dem Pool platziert.
