La Petunia blu luogo raffinato e confortevole

Situato sulla linea di confine tra il borgo antico e la Piazza Leone XIII," la Petunia blu "in via Settembrini 1 ad Adelfia (Ba) si sviluppa su due livelli : il primo possiede una sala con divano letto matrimoniale, parete attrezzata con TV LCD 50" WiFi, cucinino con angolo cottura, macchina del caffè, bollitore, Frigo, lavatrice, bagno e balcone; al secondo una camera da letto matrimoniale climatizzata, con TV LCD 28" e bagno con terrazzo a livello attrezzato con vista mozzafiato sulla piazza.

La Casetta del Pescatore

Questa casetta e' al piano terra in pieno centro storico a Mola di Bari. E' stata ristrutturata nel 2015 recuperando due locali usati nei tempi passati come deposito delle reti da pesca di uno dei piu' famosi pescatori della zona: mio padre. Ha due entrate: una principale in Via Duomo 19 e una secondaria. E' vicina a ristoranti, mare, farmacie, bar e vita notturna. Large and comfortable house in an historical building near the sea promenade and the Teatro Petruzzelli. It is located in one of the most welcoming areas of the city, close to nightlife, stunning views of the waterfront, local heritage sites, restaurants, bars and the city beach "Pane e pomodoro". My accommodation is suitable for couples, friends, business travelers and families. During the night on weekends the bars around the area can be noisy.
