We stayed in apartment 38 for a week in July 2021. It exceeded my expectations and the pictures do not do it justice (the pictures make it look a bit dated but it really isn’t). It is a lovely 3 bed apartment - very clean throughout. The bedrooms and bathroom are on the first floor and the stairs lead up to the living area and kitchen! The kitchen comes with a fridge, dishwasher, cooker and oven. You also get all your basic cooking utensils and dishes alongside cleaning products including dishwasher tablets. One thing I would suggest is taking some tupperware to store your food in or if you want to make a picnic. The description also stated they provided cooking oil - but there wasn’t any - so it’s worth taking some if you want to make a full english in the morning. We ordered a Tesco online shop which was delivered straight to the apartment without any problems. Note, the pools (indoor and outdoor) are not heated so can be quite cold. The indoor pool area is a bit tired looking with the paint peeling off the floor - but the kids still had a fab time. The gym is also well equipped with weight and cardio machines…but again some of the padding on the machines are a bit worn. Overall we had a fab time, the views are amazing. Meadfoot beach is literally on the doorstep and the town is only a 15min walk away. Paignton beach (10min drive) is great for the kids if you want a bit more hustle and bustle i.e. Pier with arcades and fairground. Also recommend The Inn on the Green for lovely pub grub - they are directly opposite the Paignton pier and the staff were fab too.

This was a first class stay. The studio was spotless, comfy and well-equipped. There was a lovely extra touch of home made chocolates on arrival. The host was very helpful, friendly and unobtrusive. Recommend!

The picture window makes this place just stunning - any time in the apartment we spent just looking out and enjoying the view. The road is quite busy and noisy but the view was definitely worth it. The apartment is really well kitted out with pretty crockery, rugs and throws available, a good collection of kitchen cleaning kit - sponges, washing up liquid, brushes etc. The small size dishwasher was very handy and there was a good selection of pots and pans as well. The bedrooms are smallish, but the main room is so lovely you only sleep in them, so that's fine - good storage in both them and the bathrooms cupboards so clutter is kept at bay. There is parking in the garage (which has a lift so handy for luggage transport) however it has very tight angles and with a big car we only ventured into it once! There is plenty of on street parking on the side road so no big issue - although during the day it is quite busy parking there. Overall a wonderful apartment - oh that window!

This was one of the most beautiful places I've ever stayed. The view is stunning, the place is so clean and such a good location. I'll be coming back for sure.

If you are looking for an apartment with a fantastic location this spot would be ideal. Located in Kingswear there are stunning views across to the Dartmouth embankment and harbour made more picturesque with the steam railway passing by. The apartment is immaculately presented with the kind gesture of milk and biscuits on arrival, all home comforts and a beautiful balcony which captures the sun and adds to the appeal. There are 2 pubs and wine bar within a five minute walk and 2 fine dinning restaurants amongst many other eateries across in Dartmouth. We can’t thank our host enough for a great stay.

We had a truly wonderful stay in Kingsbridge, made even better by staying in the beautiful Crabshell Quay apartment.With stunning views, comfortable beds, excellent furnishings and fittings, good sized rooms and well equipped kitchen, it was everything we expected and more . We loved our stay and would highly recommend the apartment to anyone who enjoys comfort , space and stunning views. Thank you.

An absolutely perfect stay, literally wouldn't change a single thing about the apartment. It was absolutely spotless when we arrived, and had everything we needed during our stay. Its a modern space with absolutely breathtaking views. Michelle as a host was perfect, really helpful and friendly. We'll definitely be back!

We couldn’t have asked for a better location, a stones throw away from polzeath beach, walkable to numerous bars and restaurants. The place was clean and well looked after, Dominic was quick to reply to any messages we had. Great find and good value

We had the most beautiful, peaceful and relaxing stay at The Anchorage. The location was superb, and the views from the house were my personal favorite part. I spent every spare minute in the sunroom looking at the ocean. There was plenty of space for us to all be comfortable and my children especially enjoyed the kids room with bunk beds! The town is beautiful and there are so many different beach options around to choose from. It is definitely a little stressful driving in the village (coming from from an American haha) but that aside it was a perfect end to our vacation and I plan on booking again (this time with some friends or maybe extended family to fill up the many bedrooms!)

We enjoyed a last minute weekend break at Slipway in Fowey with our children. Great location with lovely views over the estuary . Parking at carpark nearby. The house was nice and restful after a long journey. The garden had nice far reaching views. Lots of recommendations for local restaurants and things to do locally.

Everything was fabulous. The location and views are amazing. Kingswear and Dartmouth are a jewel and do not disappoint. The property is spot on and provides everything one needs for a fantastic stay. Being able to watch the boats and especially the steam train from the property is a wonderful treat. Don't hesitate, just book your stay here!

Stayed for around 4 nights and had an absolutely wonderful winter holidays together with my young family. The house is stunning the interior design is lovely and and the views are heavenly. Log fire with plenty of fuel was a big hit! pool and hotub a once a day at least activity for the kids especially during bank holidays. The fully stocked playroom was perfect for our young children. Really captured some great memories together with our family in this peaceful location and setting and came away wanting more!

Just got back from a lovely impromptu weekend in Looe with my 2 children age 5 & 8. We found it really easily thanks to great instructions and arrived to find the cottage warm, cosy and welcoming. The location is just perfect, in a quiet area and we couldn’t stop looking out of the window at the beautiful view of the river. It’s a pleasant 10 minute walk to the main centre of town where there were so many things to see and do. The shop across the road was really handy, and parking was always easy on the quayside. We will definitely be back as soon as we can!

As an adult family of 6, we had a fantastic long Easter weekend in this lovely property. Mark was very quick to respond to any communication and made everything very straightforward before and during our stay. We loved the location, with everything within easy walking distance. The views are to die for .... will definitely miss them and it felt like home from home. Love Fowey and love this beautiful property and will definitely be back again one day. Thank you!

Absolutely amazing stay at Dragons Nest. My family and I cannot thank you enough. The location of the Airbnb was absolutely perfect and moments away from amazing walks/restaurants and pubs. Also the view from the Airbnb each morning was one you would never get sick of. Would highly recommend for those looking to stay in Brixham!

Loved this stay. A peaceful break with stunning views. Actually nice to be away from the busyness of Dartmouth but still so easy to get across on the ferry. Have stayed in multiple places across Dartmouth, but this is my new go to. Big thanks to Matt for allowing me to leave a gift for my mum, who loved the pictures we sent so much she booked to stay the day we left!

We stayed at Karen’s apartment for my 30th birthday and it was absolutely perfect! The place was spotless, spacious, and beautifully set up, even better than the photos. Being just steps from the beach made it extra special, and we loved how peaceful and relaxing the area was. Karen was an amazing host - super responsive, helpful, and made everything really easy from start to finish. Would 100% stay again. Highly recommend!

Stayed here over the New Year period and it was perfect. Great location, the sea view was spectacular and the log burner was a great addition given the cold weather. Local pubs were so friendly and food was great. Will definitely return, thank you.

A fabulous gem tucked out of the way from the hustle and bustle of the main Barbican high street. A two minute walk from the great restaurants and pubs, we recommend the pizzas in the Barbican Pasta Bar & The Village Restaurant for the best Dover Sole! Charles our host was very friendly and responded to any questions quickly. The flat had everything we needed, spotlessly clean and well decorated.

This has to be one of my favourite Airbnb’s I have stayed at. The views from the flat were so beautiful. The flat itself was exactly how it looks in the pictures and very clean. The location is very central to the town and harbour with many restaurants and pubs near by. Would definitely stay here again.

The house was lovely, the hosts are very friendly and gave us suggestions on what to get up to during our stay. other than a few bumps the whole place was lovely and we had such a great time at plymouth! will be revisiting for sure :)
