Mirko and Mila's apartment was perfect for three of us on a week's stay in Split. The apartment is really comfortable and well-equipped and the terrace is even more lovely than the pictures show. It also is effectively another room - we ate most of our meals there and enjoyed relaxing on the deck chairs when we came back from sightseeing.

Ivana was super reactive and we had a warm welcome, the house was great, big, comfortable, clean and super well situated, 5/10mn walk to the old town and we could just leave the car parked for free. It was a barbecue although we didn’t use it. I would definitely recommend it!

Butas atrodo puikiai - jame yra viskas, ko reikia net ilgai viešnagė. Labai švaru ir tvarkinga, man buvo patogus lovos čiužinys (skauda nugarą). Todėl jei turite tokią problemą, čia tikrai gerai miegosite! Vieta kelių minučių atstumu nuo senamiesčio, labai rami. Pliusas - galimybė gyventi autentiškoje aplinkoje. Nors keliavau viešuoju transportu, bet yra galimybė pasistatyti automobilį. Puiki aplinka tiems, kas nori gyventi ramiai, bet būti arti visų įvykių. Šalia - autobuso stotelė, keltas į Slatine ir Splitą. Šeimininkas nuostabus žmogus. Jis priėmė mane anksčiau (buvo labai ankstyvas skrydis), suteikė daug vertingos informacijos, rūpinosi visos viešnagės metu. Atsisveikinome kaip draugai 😀 Norėčiau čia sugrįžti, jei kada keliausiu dar kartą į šias vietas. Ačiū!

We stayed as a family of 5 with Daniela during September 2024 and were very pleased with apartment. Aircon was good in the open spaces and back bedroom. The kitchen was immaculate and well stocked with everything needed. Lovely views from the front rooms over Omis Bay. The pool area was great after a hot day sightseeing. We did canyoning nearby, sea kayaking, visited Split and Trogir, walked up to the castle and spent time at the beach. Omis beaches nice and we loved Brela beach down the coast. Daniela and her family were always welcoming and provided lots of tips for places to eat and visit. Thanks for an enjoyable week in your apartment in Omis!

Rosana, à répondu à toutes nos interrogations, nos inquiétudes, nos demandes (comme arrivée avancé pour bébé) avec rapidité, précision et gentillesse. Elle nous a même trouver un lit bébé génial sans frais. La propreté du logement, les petites attentions,tout déjà disposé avec attention... c'était déjà plus que incroyable. Et sa maman qui nous a accueilli, un amour ! Elle nous a apporté des éponges, un Plaid, du vin.. etc tant d'attention et de gentillesse.A la fin du séjour, encore une magnifique surprise... un immense repas fait maison! Et un cadeau pour bébé ! Quelle chance de les avoir comme hôte... c'était tellement délicat, raffiné, plein de gentillesse... et c'était si délicieux ! Le logement est vraiment parfait, en tout point. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut ! Et si il venait à vous manquez quelque chose tout est fait pour vous satisfaire dans la journée. Nous serions pas comment remercier Rosana et sa famille... ils étaient hors du commun avec leur gentillesse... merci milles !!!!

Das Ferienhaus am Olivenhain ist eine kleine Oase in einer angenehmen Gegend von Podstrana. Die Unterkunft und auch der großzügige Außenbereich sind perfekt ausgestattet, bequem eingerichtet und makellos sauber. Dies ist harte Arbeit und zeigt, dass die Gastgeber, Ivana und Ivan, wirklich alles für ihre Gäste tun! Die beiden sind herzliche Menschen und sympathische Gastgeber, die das Haus so hergerichtet haben, dass wir uns sofort wohl gefühlt haben. Eine so durchdachte Ausstattung findet man sehr selten! Wir liebten das exzellente Essen, das gute Duschgel und Shampoo, den großen Pool, die zart duftenden und flauschigen Handtücher, die schönen Bilder an den Wänden und den schönen Olivenbaum auf der Terrasse. Ivana und Ivan, ihr seid Extraklasse und man fühlt sich wie im 5 Sterne Hotel! Herzlichen Dank für alles! Wir hatten einen paradiesischen und unvergesslichen Urlaub!

Great place to stay if you are looking for basic, piece, quiet and nature. The house is small but well equipped, with a great terras and view. the elevated grill lifts bbqing to a next level, with a view on the bay, or if you are late, at the milkyway. As the location is remote, make sure to stock up, a walk to the nearest supermarket (and back) takes you at least an hour. Some of the other houses in the bay are used by locals, others rented out. We experienced a very relaxed vibe where all where enjoying the great surrounding an piece in the bay, meeting great people. Sometimes there was some music/noise, but never late (as far as we know) and coming from the boats morning in the bay, never more than a day/night. For us this was a great place to stay and we are planning to come back.

Debbie was responsive and really easy to contact! We only had one issue which was running out of toilet paper, which she had replaced almost immediately after I messaged her. Great stay!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this property, and we cannot recommend it enough. The hosts were exceptional—extremely polite, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort throughout the stay. Their hospitality exceeded all of our expectations. The property itself is a true gem. Nestled in a tranquil location, it offers breathtaking views and absolute privacy. The house is beautifully designed and incredibly well-equipped. The beds were very comfortable, and the outdoor kitchen was a delightful spot for us to enjoy meals together. The jacuzzi area quickly became our children’s favorite place—they spent hours there every day, soaking up the view of the bay while having fun. Overall, this was one of the best Airbnb experiences we've ever had, and we would not hesitate to return. Highly recommended!

My vacation at Marijana’s apartment was just perfect! Apartment is clean and cozy, all you might need is available (iron, washing machine, all possible cleaning things), even beach chairs and mattresses are there for you. Marijana and her husband are always there for you to help! And I was lucky to taste Marijana’s apple pie, which was really delicious 😊 My next stay in Okrug will be definitely at the same place. Thank you!

Antonio's house was what we were looking for in our family vacation. the rooms were Clean and cozy. We've been welcomed by Antonio's Mom and even if she don't speak english very well, she was able to tour us around the home and all the utilities. The only negative side of this house is the entrance.... too close to the road which makes it hard to got out from it or the opposite gettin inside the parking because the cars goes pretty fast. But in summary was a reall really nice stay. Thanks Antonio and especially Bladenka amd Husband(he helped me to fire the BBQ... he was so helpful!!!)

Appartement spacieux et lumineux, très bien équipé, jolie vue. La piscine est appréciable bien que nous aurions aimé qu'elle soit accessible plus tard le soir. Le système de réservation du jacuzzi permet de profiter du rooftop de façon privative. 😍

A fantastic, beautiful apartment, seconds from the beach and has great local amenities and a ten minute drive from the centre of Split. Josip was incredibly accommodating and available at any moment if and when we required anything. I recommend this place to all looking, as it is a jewel!

Exceptionnel séjour chez notre hôte Franko à Dugi Rat! Chambre privée avec coin cuisine en pleine air confortable et impeccable. La maison, près de la mer, offre un accès facile à de jolies criques pour se baigner et à Omis à moins de 10 min en voiture. Notre hôte a partagé d'excellentes recommandations de restaurants. Hâte de revenir. 5 étoiles!

Wir waren sehr glücklich mit der Unterkunft. Sehr sauber und mit schönem Meeresblick. Ein großes Plus war die Tiefgarage. So konnte unser Auto geschützt vor der Hitze bleiben. Der Strand war zwei Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen. Eine Minute entfernt war ein kleiner Supermarkt, wo man kleinere Notwendigkeiten bekommen konnte. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
