We enjoyed staying here! The room has a nice view of the quiet neighborhood. It is very close to a supermarket and lots of delicious street food options. We really enjoyed access to the bikes. While they are not the newest bikes, just having access to them the whole time we were there gave us the ability to explore all that Tulum had to offer whenever we wanted to! (...and we saved lots of money on transportation) The room was small, but clean and had a balcony where you could sit outside if you would like! I would definitely recommend this place and will be staying here if we come back to Tulum!

Great location in the heart of downtown and easy access to everywhere. Jessie is super nice and always happy to assist.

What a perfect stay! As a solo female traveler in town for a friends wedding at WILD I had the BEST experience at this Airbnb. Nico made parking and checking in very easy and I felt safe in Sunset Tulum with 24/7 security. Loco Restaurant is SO delicious right there (I recommend the baba ghanoush) and Patricia the owner was very welcoming and fun! The Yaan Healing Sanctuary a few minutes walk was DIVINE and that entire area is wonderful. Highly recommend this stay!

Vraiment un super séjour passé chez Keyna et Luis. Des personnes vraiment très attentionnées qui vous apportent le café le matin, qui lorsque je me suis blessé on courût pour aller à la pharmacie cherchée de quoi me soigné. La chambre est très propre, grande avec un très grand lit! Je recommande ce lieu et ces personnes à 100%

We were so grateful for our stay at Suites Tulum! The busy and pricey Tulum Beach scene was not really our vibe, and it was wonderful to have a quiet, affordable and comfortable place to retreat to! The rooftop view was spectacular. Dani was an exceptional host, and incredibly helpful and responsive.

If I were to return to Tulum, this would be the place to be. The host has been amazingly helpful and careful with our needs, has provided beach access in partnership with beach clubs and offered good trip experience options (would highly recommend the 3500 full day Sian Kaan experience). The place felt amazing and clean, along with great pools and good views of the jungle. Make yourself a service and listen to the nature around you at sunrise from the balcony. Thank you for the service again Nico and Suites Tulum team. Kudos goes to the bodyguard who has rushed us to the trip experience bus after we got the timing wrong!

I was hesitant to book this Airbnb because there weren’t any recent reviews, but let me tell ya, it was the best decision! It was so peaceful and romantic. We visited during a rainy time, so we weren’t able to utilize the patio/pool as much as we’d hoped to. But the patio was absolutely beautiful and the skyline views are awesome! The bed was extremely comfortable and cozy. Lots of closet storage if you are the type that likes to unpack and make yourself at home :) all the issues that were mentioned in other reviews were definitely fixed. 10/10 would recommend staying here!
