Este echipat cu tot ceea ce este nevoie pentru o sedere placuta in Cluj Napoca atat de lunga durata, cat si pe termen scurt. Apartamentul este de nefumatori, insa se poate fuma pe balcon. De asemenea dispune de un loc de parcare in garajul subteran (spatiul in garaj este destul de ingust) Apartamentul se afla intr-o zona linistita. In imediata apropiere (3-5 minute) se gasesc magazine, restaurante si benzinarii.
