Tammy’s place is a wonderful home to stay at while visiting the area. It is comfortable and clean with plenty of room for several people. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and close to everything. The backyard is very inviting and the hot tub is a nice perk. Tammy provided clear instructions and was responsive. Highly recommend!

DJ was very flexible and accommodating. We had a little issue turning the hot tub on due to a brand new system, but he immediately sent someone to check on us and help out. We had a great stay.

The Mountain views were great! Loved waking up to the views of multiple mountains. Lots of nearby trails, a nearby lake you can walk around, and some great restaurants not far away. Also close to Denver while feeling secluded. Would highly recommend!

This was an awesome stay! The one thing I’d note is to be aware that when you book it’s in a wooded area. We had a run in with a harmless snake that got in the house, but were able to take care of it pretty quickly. There were also some hornets that got in the house. Just be aware that you’re in nature. Beautiful home- peaceful surroundings- relaxing spaces (hot tub and deck) and entertaining spaces( game room)!! Something for every age!!

We really enjoyed our stay in this wonderful A-Frame in the forest. It was wonderful to be off the highway and our dog loved the surrounding forest. The house is very comfortable and the fireplace keeps everything cozy. The kitchen has great equipment and knives. Even had an espresso machine (bring beans). We loved being able to come back after a day of skiing.

Wonderful place to stay. The hosts were very communicative and the house was absolutely gorgeous. We would absolutely stay here again and would highly recommend it.

Our family stayed for two nights and had a blast watching movies, playing games and walking on the beach. House has a beautiful view of the bay and the bridge. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked.

We had a great time saying in the writers cottage! It was set back off the main road so it was secluded and quiet. It was very clean. They even gave us fruits from their garden and some drinks. Overall 10/10 would recommend. We would definitely stay there again!

Clean and well stocked house, although we were in town for a wedding so did not spend much time in the home or going to the beach. Donna was kind and responsive in communicating. Front door a bit difficult to lock/unc lock so we used the back door to come and go. Linens and towels were clean and well stocked. House is older, so a few things like the shower/tubs are a bit older and the water pressure is so so, but overall the layout was great for our group and we enjoyed our stay.

I visited Sarasota with my family from the state of Rhode Island from April 4 to April 7 and we stayed at Jason’s & Laura house and it was an amazing experience. The house was very clean and organized. The house is located on a great neighborhood, super safe and great amenities. The house was stocked with beach supplies like beach chairs, beach towels, a boogie board and a beach cooler that was so nice. The house was exactly what we were expecting, I would recommended to everyone. Thank you Josh and laura.

This will be my second time staying at Virginia’s Orlando location. My husband and I truly love it so much and will continue to stay here. Virginia is very responsive and is always checking up on you. Her description of the place is accurate. The location is lovely and is extremely safe! I have only good things to say and would recommend this Airbnb to anyone. :)

Deborah's house is a great alternative option to a hotel! We booked it for the private indoor pool and numerous positive reviews. We were not disappointed!! All of the kids and adults loved the pool, and Deborah had supplied an amazing array of pool toys, floaties, and towels. There were clear directions on how to get into and exit the pool area (there is an alarm for safety). The kids' rooms were made up in such a cute way (sheets, blankets, and decor), we were very appreciative of all the extra little things at the house for the kids, including snacks and treats, games, coloring books, playdoh, and toys. Also, Deborah was always quickly responsive to messages and clearly answered any questions we had. The kitchen is stocked with pretty much anything you need to cook, serve, and store food, and overall the house has everything you would need if you forget any toiletries at home.

The house was perfect. Bradley had thought of everything and it was just like being at home. He was also quick to respond to my questions. Everything was very clean and well organized. Will definitely book this house again!

Great place. Very comfortable. Loved the pool and driving golf cart was fun. We had everything we needed for a great stay. This is not a complaint at all more of a helpful hint but one of the town squares was too far to take golf cart and you will need a car.

This is the best Airbnb we have stayed in! We absolutely loved this house, Monica has thought of everything you could need to make this a comfortable family home. The pool is incredible and we loved watching wildlife out the back. Everything you could need is a drivable distance and the area is lovely. Everything was clean and instructions were clear. The place was very comfortable for my wife and I who were in town for a wedding. The description was accurate and it was a very short walk to the beach. Also, the pool and hot tub were great and the hot tub heated up quickly. Controls for the hot tub and pool were way easier to use than other places we’ve stayed.

The place is as described. Pool area was fantastic. Could use more silverware. Close to the beach. restaurants and stores.
