It is located at a mom and pop boat yard, which is quite different from a fancy marina. Work happens here. Metal is welded here. Engines are torn apart and put back together here. We've hosted hundreds of guests at our Mississippi home. We now offer a 1970 Boatel in spring, summer, fall. Safe access through our backyard. A shared dock. Kitchen, two beds, bathroom, dining room, deck. A glorious lighted bridge north & skyscrapers south. NOTE there are ice cream trucks across the river w some minor noise as they park.

Enjoy Swimming, Kayaking, SUP, Fishing, Hiking, Biking, Exploring, or just relax on your own beach by the fire pit. Visit farm animals just a short walk around the lake...Theo the Cow, Sheep, goats, turkey, ducks, chickens, and rabbits.

This cabin sits DIRECTLY in the water and has amazing views of the water You can even fish right off your deck! Enjoy the nature around you while sitting on your private floating deck, or snuggle up inside in front of the electric fireplace and Smart TV. This cabin features 2 bedrooms with queen beds, and a pull out couch in the living room. Our rental is located at Millennium Marina.

Near your arrival you will drive through the beautiful community of Rockwater Villages. Go for a walk or ride your bike on the beautiful River Trails… enjoy the relaxing sunrise and sunsets from the front deck….sit back and enjoy the city skyline of downtown Little Rock at night…and be sure to use the binoculars to get a close up look at all the beautiful water fowl.

Enjoy breathtaking sunsets and morning coffee from the deck. Spring-fed, super clean Big Fish Lake is excellent for swimming and fishing. Rowshell stays docked. 5G WiFi, TV, Netflix, AC, free use of 2 kayaks, firewood, and many other creature comforts. We can't host dogs - no exceptions.

We spent 2 years completely renovating everything and tried to leave as much of the boat’s original personality intact while adding modern amenities. Laundry facilities, showers and restrooms, diner, and marina store all on site, and downtown historic Sanford and river walk close by.

The Houseboat on Tybee Island

Located at the Tybee Island Marina on Lazaretto Creek, along the western boundary of Tybee Island, The Houseboat offers spectacular sunrise and sunset views nestled in a serene spot between the beach on Tybee or a day exploring Savannah. Due to its location on a floating dock in a tidal creek, with low tides making for a difficult/steep transition between the floating and stationary docks, The Houseboat is not ideal for guests with mobility issues.
