Unwind in this quaint, perfectly-located studio with fireplace located next to the beautiful blue paseo fountain and a 90-second walk to the main pool & gym. The hosts are hoteliers (including being GM of 5 luxury Starwood hotels), and have outfitted this villa like a LUXURY HOTEL including a Frette duvet & rainfall shower! Sip on a cup of Keurig coffee in the morning and stroll around the picturesque grounds at the base of the Santa Rosa mountains or take a short walk to the Waldorf Astoria La Quinta Resort next door for some great dining options. TV is equipped with Roku/Netflix/Hulu/Prime. Our villa location can't be beat! It is next to the long blue Paseo fountain - the most beautiful of all fountains within Legacy Villas. Our attention to detail and high standards as hoteliers are evident in the villa's cleanliness and maintenance. Studio can also be rented to our connecting 2-bedroom villa with kitchen (see listing on our profile) to make it a 3-bedroom villa. We have invested in high-end home automation to make your stay more convenient & comfortable - including an Amazon Alexa for voice-controlled music & more. There is cable TV and a google Chromecast device so you can stream shows from your laptop, tablet, or phone. The VERY small kitchenette is essentially an enhanced wet bar. Although it has the basics, it shouldn't be relied upon for regular cooking. Guests will have full access to the villa, including complimentary access to all pools and the on-site fitness center. We're available via phone or text at any time but won't be around during your stay. Nestled into a cove of the Santa Rosa Mountains, the apartment is set in La Quinta within a resort-style neighborhood offering access to shared pools, hot tubs, and a fitness center. Dining, shopping, and golfing are a short drive away. There is an on-site restaurant at the main pool (90 second walk from our villa) that is open on Saturdays and Sundays from 10am - 2pm, except during summer months.

Smart TVs (with Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime) are located in the shared main level TV lounge, and also the lower level lounge. You walk to Treasure Island (half block), Jewel Osco (2 minutes), Whole Foods (4 minutes), Lakeview Athletic Club (4 minutes), XSports Fitness (5 minutes), Walgreens (3 blocks), bars and restaurants aound the corner. Close to multiple buses on Lake Shore Drive. Grab a bus to downtown in 15 minutes You will have to climb one flight of stairs for all bedrooms Street parking is free on the east side of Broadway. Your private guest suite is newly renovated. You will have a private room with your own keypad entrance, thermostat and bathroom, T.V. with internet access, mini fridge, serving ware, coffee maker, fruit and yogurt in the fridge! There’s venues, studios, and bars booming with more culture all only blocks away. Uber / Lyft is a great way to get anywhere quick - usually a 15 min ride to downtown. Public transit options are the CTA El Train (Pink Line 18th stop is 0.7 mile walk from our house) or CTA Bus (18th & Racine stop is a block away). Once you’re at the transit stop both options take about a 20 - 30 minute to downtown. There are other bus lines nearby that take you other places (i.e. McCormick Place) - feel free to ask us for help when you arrive. Street parking is free in certain areas for those who are driving. We are a 20 minute cab ride from Midway International Airport and 40 minutes from O'Hare without heavy traffic, double these estimates if traffic is heavy (rush hour, accidents, etc).
