Things to do Walking/running & cycling. (Te Whiti Riser) coffee shops, Mall. (see overview for more) There is a functional kitchen, with oven & all cooking equipment. Own driveway, very safe. The area a is ideal for those needing to work or check in with work. 10 min walk to Woburn train station.

Enjoy our 1 bedroom house that is 5 min drive from the Upper Hutt city centre with quick access to the motorway to Wellington City. Open plan full kitchen, dining room and lounge with everything you would need to cook a meal. Separate bedroom with a new queen bed. If required a single bed can be added to the lounge to provide extra guest. Bathroom with new shower, toilet and vanity. Washing machine and dryer in the bathroom and a clothes line. Off street parking for two cars. Pet friendly.

Mount Welcome Shearers Cottage

This is a romantic little cottage with a lovely ensuite and kitchenette. Enjoy a comfy Queen sized bed and cotton linens. The cottage has its own garden next to the homestead. Just moments from the l Escarpment track and the train station making it very easy to get into Wellington cbd (35mins). Our neighbours are developing the land so we are expecting noise this coming summer during the daytime but its sporadic, hence the lower than usual rates. If your dates are unavailable please ask.

Absolute beach-front in Paekakariki, a Kapiti coast village 40km from Wellington City. Te One is a classic 1970's bach with open plan kitchen & living area, stunning deck, vintage furniture and contemporary art. Five minutes walk to beach and Queen Elizabeth Park, a wonderful forest and dune environment great for walks, biking, picnics. Lively village centre 1.5 kms away, with a well stocked local shop, a fruit and veg shop, 3 cafes and a family friendly pub, railway station, regular music gigs and starting point for the famous Escarpment walk. It is an easy train or drive to Wellington.

Set within 6 acres of farmland this 1977 caravan with a conservatory is a comfortable spot to get a taste of rural life, while only being 7 minutes away from the heart of Lower Hutt. As local beekeepers, we'll have honey and farm eggs from our chickens ready for you on arrival. This space is ideal for 2-4 but can work for 6 people. We’ve found it works well for families as well as adults. However, many budget savvy adult groups love it as they are happy in a smaller space.
