Nous ne sommes resté qu'une seule nuit, mais l'arrivée c'est fait sans encombre, l'appartement était bien rangé et propre avec tout l'équipement nécessaire. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour.

Je recommande cet appartement , pour visiter Paris Très propre, équipements recents en très bon état. Bus à 2 minutes à pied , qui vous laisse à côté du RER. En plus , 1 petite cour équipée de table et chaises. Allez- y les yeux fermés.

Merci pour votre accueil un agréable lieu très propre hyper fonctionnel et au calme Une terrasse au soleil ou le barbecue n attendais que moi, très propre. Une place de parking à l intérieur du logement pour mettre en sécurité votre véhicule, très rare à Paris. Hôte très très gentil.

Notre séjour chez Stephane s’est très bien passé, le logement était très propre et très bien agencé. Un lit bébé a été mit à notre disposition suite à notre demande et nous en remercions Stephane !

Catherine is a wonderful host. She communicates well, and is very accommodating when it comes to check in and check out times. The unit is clean, well located with shops and public transport modes within very easy walking distance, and very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay as a group of 4! Thanks Catherine.

A wonderful, welcoming and fascinating house where we felt immediately at home. It easily accommodated six of us, with generous living spaces (including a grand piano which was very much enjoyed) and a delightful garden. Full of pictures and books, it is a very relaxed and relaxing place to stay: if Paris wasn't on the doorstep, we could easily have not left the house. The local area is terrific, with an amazing market (we were lucky enough to be there at the start of the asparagus season!), restaurants and bars, away from the tourist areas but with easy access to the city centre: we walked just about everywhere. It's rare to find a house like this in a city like Paris, and we had a very special family weekend in this gorgeous family home.

It was a pleasure to stay at Josefa's beautiful home- the perfect retreat to come home to after a long day exploring the sights of Paris! We loved staying in Montreuil - being from London it was comforting to us that we stayed in a multiculturally diverse neighbourhood. We felt safe throughout our time here. The house is well insulated from noise and the air conditioning kept us constantly comfortable whenever we needed it. Our family had a wonderful time here- and we created lasting memories and bonds. We hope to be back in the near future! Thank you Josefa!

We stayed at Lionel’s Place for 8 days and it was great , very peaceful and private , though we had some issues with mosquitoes because of the heat we left some window open, and we later bought mosquito repellent to use in the rooms , but apart from that we had no other issues with the place.

Can't recommend Anne and Jean-Luc's place enough. Great location, very walkable, near a metro line. Exactly as described. Very comfortable. Thoughtfully decorated, making it feel like a very local and unique experience. Facilitated early check-in, very communicative and friendly.

This was a fabulous house to stay in. For our family of 5 there was plenty of indoor and oudoor space. The salt water pool was delightful, as was the whole garden with plenty of seating and relaxing areas. The children loved the trampoline and petanque. The house is in a superb location. We had many walks and bike rides along the beautiful river. There was plenty to do locally - we went bowling, mini golf, kayaking, to the football and Le Trot. The area was peaceful and very safe. We did a few trips into Paris which took about 30 minutes from the house. Stephanie was incredibly helpful and informative. We could not have had a better holiday, thanks to this lovely house and hosts.

We had a fantastic stay at Gregory’s apartment! He was the perfect host – he welcomed us warmly, helped us park in the garage, showed us around the property (including the lovely pool), and had even prepared some delicious treats for us. We felt very welcome from the moment we arrived. The apartment itself is beautiful, with an absolutely stunning view. We truly enjoyed both Paris and Gregory’s wonderful place. We would love to come back. Merci.

We loved everything about this place!!! It was perfect for our family of five. The backyard is stunning, the neighborhood is safe and quaint and it was easy to access the metro to get into the city center. If you are going to Paris with a family or group of friends, this is the place to stay!

Logement très bien agencé, spacieux et très bien équipé (en particulier la cuisine, très fonctionnelle). Le poele est un vrai "plus" en hiver et fonctionne très bien. Pour ceux qui aiment dormir au frais, pensez juste à fermer les portes des chambres et ouvrir les lucarnes de toit vu que la chaleur du poele monte... :) Emplacement idéal pour des déplacement sur Paris (RER à 200m). Logement forcément un peu plus bruyant qu'en pleine campagne, mais cela reste très raisonnable.

Everything was very good. Good apartment for the money. Convenient and cheap (2.5 euros) to get to the center of Paris without transfers on one metro line. It takes 15-20 minutes to walk to the metro. Very responsive owner. He responded to all our requests and questions quickly and in a friendly manner. We will definitely come back again. We didn't have time to see everything in a week!

Leuk en ruim appartement in een mooie buurt. Fijn om na een dag in Parijs de ruimte te hebben in het appartement dat schoon en leuk ingericht was. De communicatie met Elodie verliep soepel en ze is behulpzaam. We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad! Afstand naar de trein is 15 minuten lopen. De totale reis van het appartement naar de Parijs is ongeveer een uur. Wel goed om te weten dat niet alle trappen naar het appartement een leuning hebben. Ik verbleef met mijn moeder die wat ouder is en dat was een aandachtspunt.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour chez Rosalia! Hotel très sympathique, la maison est impeccable très bien aménagée avec tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Je recommande vivement
