We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Annecy. The property was the ideal base for our week, with a short walk to lake beach and easy access to amenities. The house was clean and well presented and although one of the toilets was broken on arrival, Nathalie quickly organised a repair for the next morning. Would highly recommend.

Superbe séjour passé chez Elsa et Marc, des hôtes très acceuillant, de bons conseils et très réactifs aux différentes demandes de notre part. La maison est propre et confortable, une maison où l’ont s’y sent bien comme chez soit, proche des stations de ski et des lieux incontournables à visiter. We loved our stay in St Jorioz, exploring the beautiful surroundings of Lake Annecy. The house was ideally situated in a calm neighbourhood, with great views of La Tournette and the hills. The house itself was beautiful with excellent facilities, including a lovely long outside table on the terrace where everyone could gather for meals. Armelle was a most charming and helpful host, very generous with ideas and facilities. We would highly recommend a stay in this wonderful place.

Appartement spacieux et confortable, avec toutes les commodités nécessaires pour un séjour agrébale. Il correspond à la déscription et aux photos. Très bon contacte avec le propriétaire. Nous recommandons vivement.

La maison de Mathilde est très bien située à Sevrier pour toutes les activités aussi bien ludiques, sportives ( vélo, paddle, lac etc…) que familiale. Un supermarché est à 300m à pied. Propre et accueillant, tout est fait pour se sentir chez soi. Bref rien a redire, c’était super

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans le chalet de Philippe. Le chalet est très pratique car très bien équipé, chambres spacieuses, sous-sol adapté pour le matériel de ski. Pour les saisies nous mettions environ 20-25 min le matin, route pas embouteillée vers 9h. Philippe a été très réactif et gentil. La livraison de pains et viennoiseries le matin est un vrai plaisir. Merci et à une prochaine fois !

Très jolie maison, propre et très accueillante. Grands volumes et bien équipée. Proche d’Annecy, bien desservie par les transports en commun. Literies de bonne qualité. Attention toutefois aux escaliers, non sécurisés pour les enfants.

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour dans la région d’Annecy, la maison était parfaitement conforme à sa description, très chaleureuse, fonctionnelle et spacieuse, idéale pour un groupe. Nous avons pu y cuisiner, faire des jeux, utiliser le barbecue et profiter des extérieurs! Sylvain a été très à l’écoute et disponible tout au long de nos échanges, en amont puis pendant le séjour pour nous conseiller et nous orienter au mieux! Merci également pour la flexibilité pour l’arrivée et le départ de la maison, nous avons beaucoup apprécié. Nous recommandons sans réserve :)

Sylvain est très sympathique et serviable. Le chalet est très grand, agréable et très bien équipé. Il se trouve à quelques minutes à pied de la base de loisirs et de la piste cyclable de Aime à Bourg Saint Maurice. J’ai passé un excellent séjour.

Benjamin's place was all we were looking for during kids' winter break: spacious enough for 2 families, great location and comfortable with all needed amenities. Location could not have been better: only 5 min drive to ski lifts & Megeve center, only 20 min walking distance to Megeve center with near-by shops for daily groceries. Benjamin was also very responsive and proactive, enabling us to have a very smooth check-in. We would definitely recommend and would like to come back again!

La casa è molto bella, grande e con spazi perfetti per 10 persone. Letti comodi e bagni confortevoli. Inoltre la casa è ben attrezzata con ogni comfort e la cucina fornita di ogni cosa. Natalka ci ha fatto trovare la casa addobbata per Natale, con albero e lucine decorative… tutto molto bello. Abbiamo avuto solo un problema per capire il funzionamento del riscaldamento a pavimento ma poi è andato benissimo e la casa era calda. Bellissima vacanza! Ha anche nevicato e l’atmosfera natalizia era al top!

Lovely, spacious property and nicely decorated. Really enjoyed the views from the terrace in the morning and evening and outside space. Really liked the location for easy access to restaurants and walks, shops for food and drink and to beaches on the lake. Very responsive host and great communication. Would recommend.

Maison spacieuse (à 13, nous ne nous sommes pas marché sur les pieds). Bien équipée. Bien placé pour le lac et la montagne. En temps de pluie les enfants ont bien profité du ping-pong et du baby foot.

We had the fortune to stay the entire month of July and it was the vacation of a lifetime. Location is perfect with lots of things to do around the lake(biking,swimming,hiking,local food markets) and loads of fun day trips (Chamonix,Chambéry,Sixt-fer-a-cheval, Geneve, Lyon ). The house is well equipped for families, very comfortable, and the views are breathtaking . We enjoyed many evenings on the deck with a nice breeze, just admiring the gorgeous views of lake and mountains. Michel was easy to communicate with and very responsive to all inquiries. Highly recommend for a special family holiday

It was very comfortable and convenient. Located in a peaceful neighborhood close to the lake. The host, Eli, was very considerate, kind, and always willing to help. I would definitely love to come again.

This is one of the nicest Air BnBs we have ever stayed in. The location was stunning, with a glorious view of the mountains from the garden. The house was spacious and the pool large and very well maintained. At the same time, the location was great - it was just a couple of minutes walk from the lake, the cycle track and some very good local restaurants. The neighbourhood felt very safe and we were comfortable walking there at night. Sibel and her family are also incredible hosts - they have a real generosity of spirit which shines through. My hire car broke down as I was leaving and, as I had to go to the airport, they kindly waited with the car whilst the hire car company's breakdown service came to collect it. They even offered to drive me to the airport! I have recommended this place to several of my friends - it's perfect for families and friends.

Après de nombreux échanges par message avec Cendrine, nous avons été accueilli chaleureusement par Mélanie. La maison correspondait en tout point à la description. Elle convient parfaitement pour une famille de 5. Nos 3 enfants ont pu profiter des nombreux jeux sur place (balançoire, trampoline, maisonnette pour enfants sans compter tous les jeux intérieurs mis à disposition). Côté adulte, on y trouve tout le nécessaire: cuisine équipée, machine à laver, barbecue à Gaz, … Sans oublier la piscine semi enterrée (bien suffisante pour se rafraîchir) La superbe terrasse extérieure qui surplombe Albertville offre une vue à couper le souffle sur les montagnes. Un joli terrain de pétanque permet de se détendre pendant que les enfants jouent en toute sécurité (terrain entièrement clôturé) Proche de toute commodité. Enfin, maison très propre. Un tout grand merci à Cendrine et sa famille de nous avoir permis de passer de telles vacances et merci aussi à Mélanie pour son accueil

We had a wonderful stay here. The house was immaculate, well appointed and very comfortable. The 2 A/C bedrooms made for very comfortable sleeping, helped by very effective shutters and a very peaceful area. The pool was a lovely way to cool off and relax in a very private and peaceful garden. The location is amazing with a very short walk to 2 bakeries, 1 butcher, a local min-market, a local grocer and a tabac, as well as several very nice local restaurants. The lake is less than 5 minutes down a shaded road and is spectacular - we went every day and loved the water and the grassy shores which offered loads of shade. Virginie and her husband were a delight - they were hugely welcoming and accommodating, they were very prompt at replying to messages and made us feel absolutely at home. We'd visit again anytime. A brilliant holiday.
