Molto comodo per chi viaggia in treno verso le principali città turistiche del nord Italia, in una posizione dove è possibile raggiungere in treno Milano, Torino, Novara etc. Siamo a 50m dalla stazione di Mortara , offriamo un appartamento riservato al piano terra con 3 posti letto per gestirsi in completa autonomia. A pochi metri dall'abitazione avrete a disposizione 2 bar, una gelateria e una pasticceria, il supermercato (Famila) è facilmente raggiungibile in circa 200m, oltre a ristoranti etc

Casa Verrua dispone di due camere da letto, due bagni, soggiorno e cucina, zona relax, piscina, posto auto e colonnina di ricarica veicoli elettrici a pagamento. La piscina è condivisa con le altre due nostre strutture, Casa Clementina e Belavista. Le camere affacciano su due ampi terrazzi dai quali è possibile prendere il sole e utilizzare la vasca idromassaggio. L'edificio è protetto dal sistema anti zanzare. Casa Verrua è vicina a città fascinose come Asti, Alba, Torino, Milano e Genova.
