Sie hat ein Schlafzimmer, einen Essbereich mit Küchenzeile und ein Badezimmer mit Dusche. Das Highlight ist die Sonnenterasse (18 m2) mit Blick auf das Meer. Die Wohnung verfügt über WLAN. Über das Grundstück sind es nur wenige Schritte zum eigenen Meerzugang.

Čitav južni zid prema moru je u staklu tako da prostor ima puno svjetla i sa balkonom čini jedan prostor. Apartman se nalazi na trećem katu kuće koja se nalazi u neposrednoj blizini centra grada (5 minuta ugodne šetnje uz more) te sa balkona ima otvoreni pogled na more i otoke budući se kuća nalazi u prvom redu uz more.

The apartment is in the center, the seafront only 10m from the sea, new, fully equipped, spacious with provided parking space. Apartment Eli is located on the eastern side of Bol by the sea. Nearby are the small beaches of Ribarska, Kotlina and Martinca, where you can enjoy them. In front of the apartment is currently the construction of a new port. It is a 5-minute walk from the center and the catamaran port. On the west side of Bol is Zlatni rat beach, which you can reach by boat that leaves from the center of the town or by walking in 30 minutes.
