Beautiful place, shame we didn’t get to spend more time there. Will definitely be looking to see if the property is available should we return to Livingstone. Muftau was able to respond quickly to any questions asked.

We were in Livingstone for a wedding, with multiple groups traveling in and booking a variety of accommodations and Airbnbs. Our place seemed to be the best of all the homes. We really enjoyed the pool and AC in the bedrooms. Most of all, the staff working at the house (Irene and Donut) were on site each day and were so helpful in helping coordinate laundry and other things that we ended up needing while in Zambia. We will definitely book this place anytime we’re in Livingstone.

Ethel’s butterfly apartment is a great place that you can relax in and feel at home away from home. The apartment has beautiful surroundings, garden & swimming pool. Very helpful having the back up for electricity and this makes a big difference. I enjoyed my stay at this apartment. Nice and clean spacious apartment, & very friendly and helpful staff. I will always come back to this place and I highly recommend it.

I had a fantastic stay at Ethel’s place. The apartment was just what I was looking for and really comfortable. All the staff on site were so helpful and approachable and help to make the stay what it was, nothing was too much trouble and any queries were always responded too quickly. The walk into town is really easy but still with the benefit of being out of the main noise of town. The additional solar energy was a real plus for those moments when power was scarce. ( Due to the ongoing issues nationwide) so this was a real bonus. The garden area is so peaceful and well kept, and the additional housekeeping and laundry service was much appreciated. I always felt safe due to the excellent security service provided, where access was always well managed. I would definitely like to return again. This really is a unique place with lovely people. Thank you for such a great time!

We really enjoyed our stay, Sara went out of her way to help with anything we wanted from house requirements to information about Vic falls, and every tip or recommendation she made to us, was spot on. The house is set in a very lush green garden, extremely secure, private and comfortable. We enjoyed your hospitality for our short stay, and we now regret not spending more time there. We had a fantastic stay. The house was the perfect place for our group to base ourselves to explore the Falls and local area. Kerry was incredibly helpful, always on hand with recommendations and ideas. She arranged airport pick up, car hire, lent us kit for a picnic in the park, organised a river cruise. She couldn’t have been more helpful! Thank you so much!
