La boulangerie est à 2mn par pied, ainsi que l'épicerie, pharmacie, boucherie et bar/resto. Brantôme et Aubeterre sont accessible sous 30mn et Périgueux et Angoulême sont à 45mn. Petite maison climatisée avec séjour-cuisine et à l'étage chambre avec salle d'eau/WC. La cour privée donne au sud avec un petit cabanon pour stockage. Ne convient pas aux enfants ni aux animaux. Le gîte "La Petite Maison", meublé de tourisme 3 étoiles, où il est bon de passer du temps. Situé en pleine nature, au cœur du Périgord Vert, à seulement 3 min de Brantôme. Vous apprécierez y séjourner pour son confort et sa quiétude, avec sa terrasse exposée Sud-Est, son jacuzzi et son jardin (non clos). À NOTER : Jacuzzi inclus pour toutes locations entre le 1er mai et le 30 septembre. En dehors de cette période le jacuzzi est en supplément, sur demande.
