Villa Spirit of Istria near Rovinj

The Villa is located in a small village of Kurili, 10 min drive from Rovinj, the most beautiful town and the champion of tourism in Croatia. Villa offers you everything you need for an ideal vacation, even the fully equipped outdoor kitchen which allows you to stay outside all the day, and alluring pool and jacuzzi for your complete pleasure and relaxation.

Villa Maria is cozy house situated on the top of the hill. Villa was built in 1781 and completely renovated in 2011. It is standing like a cloud above the famous Motovun forest and Mirna valley. It has an uninterrupted view over the Motovun Forest and medieval town of Motovun (today well known for film festival all over the world). The house´s view can just take your breath away. With in the villas property there are: vineyards, more than 30 fruits and over the 200 olives tree.
