El departamento tal cual la descripción y las fotos. Nos encontramos con un lugar ordenado, limpio y cómodo. Zona accesible con locomoción cerca, muchos restaurantes y bares muy lindos para ir en cualquier momento del día. Pablo y Barbara muy amables y pendientes a cualquier consulta. Recomendable!

Ótima estadia, localização excelente e apartamento de acordo com o anúncio. Comunicação fácil com a dona do imóvel.

Andrea is just perfect guide for new comer of BA. She was so kind and always fast to communicate with all useful information. Location of house is really interesting and walkable to other interesting places. There are also so many cozy cafe and bar. While I was staying, I felt safe. It’s valuable to come back again.

Je connais bien Buenos Aires l'emplacement est parfait pour visiter, c'est un quartier sur et agréable avec plein de magasins à proximité, buses, métro et des taxis à tout moment. Adrien le concierge du bâtiment à été serviable et à l'écoute. Paz réponds à la seconde près ! L'appart est confortable et agréable et plus il a l'air conditionné et la petite piscine sur la terrasse fait vraiment plaisir . Ah! petit café artisanal tout bio et vegetarien à 100 mts idée pour un bon café ou les midis ... lave linge à 200 mts . TOUT y est facile .

Dpto muy amplio y muy bien ubicado. Edificio con seguridad. Excelente relación precio/calidad. La comunicación con patricia fue inmediata. Recomiendo y volveré.

The apartment is as represented online. The apartment is modern, a bit on the small size, but comfortable for two. The deck is amazing with a beautiful view and is larger than portrayed in the photos. One couldn't ask for a better location including having well stocked local grocery store next to the building. There is some noise from the building's gym located above the unit and on weekend evenings the music from a local bar is audible (part of being is a large city). As a prior guest mentioned, there is an iron but no ironing board which was frustrating. In totality, these are minor inconveniences against so many positives about this location. As an experienced traveler and user of Airbnb I would not hesitate to stay at this location again. Finally, Nicole was responsive to questions and provided clear instructions.

Lugar bien ubicado, metro, supermercado y restaurantes cerca. El Depto muy cómodo y sector muy tranquilo. Sofia siempre atenta a necesidades y contestar rápido. Muchas gracias!!!

Contratamos con mi pareja e hija, no por vacaciones, sino por tener nuestra casa en Remodelación. El depto Posee una excelente ubicación, tanto en lo que respecta a transporte público así como también, si se utilizara movilidad propia. Los ambientes son luminosos y frescos. Las instalaciones, mobiliario y electrodomésticos se encuentran en muy buen estado, impecable. Steven, anfitrión recomendable absolutamente!

Departamento con accesibilidad a centro de Palermo a pie, transitado, inclusive por presentar barios bares , kioscos, supermercados a la redonda del departamiento siempre se encontraban policias en las calles, lo que lo hacia mas seguro. No era ruidoso (solo una semana que estuvieron construyendo arriba de mi departamento, sino nada de ruido). Nina siempre contesto rapidamente cualquier duda, super predispuesta a prestar ayuda en caso de inconvenientes. Muy prolijo y comodo.

La verdad que el apartamento estuvo impecable! super cómodo, lindo, limpio y con buenos servicios. Cuando detecté que no había un adaptador para los enchufes lo solucionaron rápidamente y sin problemas. Es una ubicación que a mi me gusta mucho, sobre una avenida (seguro y facil para conseguir taxis y uber) pero piso alto y muy tranquilo. Además muy cerca de buenos restaurantes, bares, y movida. Es fácil moverse hacia otras partes de la ciudad. Recomiendo muchísimo!

So perfect Apartment, accessibility and felicitas👍 It was great that I could walk to the main tourist attractions and they gave me detailed instructions on how to check in so I could easily get into the apartment. And thanks to the friendly felicitas🥰 I got some great recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. If I ever come back to Buenos Aires, I would stay here again.

I stayed for two months and the location in Palermo is great. The flat is close to many restaurants, cafés, and bars and a bit over 10 min to the metro station. This was my only flat out of five in Buenos Aires that was actually quiet. The flat felt new and modern yet charming. It was very clean. AC and WIFI worked without any issues. Communication was great.

Super comodo. Y lo más increible fueron las vistas por la noche, parece de pelicula. Solo tengan en cuenta que el centro en la noche es un poco loco jaja, pero es divertido! ¡Volvería!

Tudo perfeito, 1ª vez visitando Buenos Aires e logo em grande estilo, localização e estúdio perfeitos, muito confortável e pratico. Não posso deixar de citar o grande diferencial que é o terraço com jacuzzi e uma bela vista, pretendo voltar !

The apartment was great! Josh and his assistant, Angela, were very communicative and made check in and check out very easy and accomodating. Plenty of great restaurant/ bar recommendations were also provided. Just as pictured, there was a great private upper deck, and a private balcony outside the main part of the apt. The living space and bedroom were very comfortable. The full kitchen had everything you need. The location is perfect. A quiet section, but just a short walk to the many great restaurants and bars. It’s also near the subway/metro/subte for Palermo and makes it easy to venture to other neighborhoods. Everything was perfect and would definitely book again when in BA!

We enjoyed 12 days at Pablo & Kristoffer’s condo. Everything went smoothly! Pablo greeted us at the entrance and explained everything we needed to know about the residence. He was also reachable if we had any questions. We thoroughly enjoyed the rooftop patio with the barbecue and the jacuzzi! The location was excellent, with lots of restaurants and green spaces in the area. We used Uber (inexpensive) to travel to the various sites in Buenos Aires. It was always a pleasure to get back to our condo to relax away from the hustle and bustle of the city. I have no hesitation in recommending this Airbnb!
