Stayed there few times before and always clean, super easy to access, great location

We only stayed in Carolyn's apartment for a day but it seemed well equipt and in a great area. Nice little ocean view. Small space but efficient and well stocked.

Gorgeous property ,waterfall and surroundings. beds were cozy ,plenty big and comfortable. This place is near the Waipaio Lookout and there’s not much cell service around so you have to put it on your phone long before you arrive..

Great Airbnb with such a beautiful garden. I loved spending time outside and enjoy this place. Check-in was super easy and Nathan was always quick in responding. Thank you so much!! :)

We had an amazing stay! The apartment was so spacious, tastefully decorated and very clean. We loved watching the horses from the lanai and having Buddy the dog greet us everyday when we arrived back. We felt like we had the best spot on the island to watch the sunset. The sounds of the coqui frogs at sunset was absolutely amazing and so relaxing to fall asleep to. The kitchen was incredibly well equipped for self catering and it was really helpful having some things in the cupboards like spices, oil, syrup, etc. We were so sorry when it was time for us to leave!

Photos were very accurate. Good amount of space for 4 adults. Beautiful view from lanai. Pool area was quite enjoyable with amazing view as well. Alexis was friendly, helpful & very responsive.

We enjoyed our stay! This is a Wyndham resort and they do invite you to listen to their timeshare spiels but they didn’t hound us about it, it is a nice location with plenty of room, much more room than other places if comparable prices. Clean and as described

We loved our stay at Scott’s house. We were 4 adults + 2 kids and had plenty of space ! Sean, the on site manager, was helpful and easy to reach. The location is close to the airport and Harbour. A little bit further from the city. Parking was easy in the street just in front of the house. I would definitely consider going back if I have another opportunity to go to Hawaii.

The home was clean and very inviting. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with everything we could have needed. The hosts were welcoming and available to answer questions but not intrusive. We didn't spend much time in the house except eating and sleeping - but it was nice to have a beautiful home away from home. Very lovely stay. Jack and Jackie, Lee and Christi

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful house. Playing outdoor games on the grass, sitting in the hottub, and lounging in the lanai were such delights. The house had everything a big family group might need for a week's stay in Hawaii, incliding a large bin full of high quality snorkel gear. And Paul was very accommodating of any additional requests we might have. The house, yard, and beighborhood are quite gorgeous - maybe even better than the photos suggested. And the sunsets over the ocean most nights were spectacular. We loved our time at this Kona Airbnb and greatly look forward to the next time we can stay there.

Comfy and cute! Loved the sounds of nature and wildlife at night. 15-20 min to Kailua Village. Very peaceful and serene. 10/10 recommend :)

What a fantastic spot. We stayed there for 3 weeks with my folks and our newborn and it was the perfect accommodation. Only 5 mins to downtown Kona via car and a good area to walk around without the hustle and bustle of the city. Highly recommended for those looking to live like a local for an extended stay but also have the option to hop down and be a tourist for an evening.

Jenne nos indico a la perfección la ubicación de la casa y nos recibió con amabilidad y una sorpresa de su parte nos esperaba. Cute little condo with a nice view and very convenient to walk to restaurants and entertainment. Everything was as described - very large bedroom, small bathroom, coin-operated laundry. We enjoyed being able to walk to restaurants - particularly On The Rocks just a few minutes walk away.

This condo worked well for our family of 5. We used the pull out sofa which was comfortable. We like to snorkel and the 5 minute walk to the beach early in the morning was the highlight of our trip. They also had snorkel gear and fins to use. The pool is at the next building over and had a stunning view of the surf.

Le séjour était parfait . Le Logement n’a pas vu sur mer mais c’est possible de Manger à côté du BbQ donc c’est agréable . Un peu de passage routier mais quand on s’est dépensé toute la journée ce n’est pas grave . Sinon tout est facile en voiture . Merci Terri

We had an amazing stay at David’s place in Kona! As a family of three, it was the perfect spot—comfortable, clean, and matched the description exactly. In fact, it exceeded our expectations in every way. The place actually looked even better than the photos, which is rare! One especially thoughtful touch: the AC was left on for us before arrival, which made walking into a cool, welcoming space after a long journey absolutely perfect. We've stayed at the Hilton Waikoloa before, but David’s place was far better—more private, more spacious, and much more relaxing. David was a fantastic host—super responsive and proactive in sharing local recommendations, which made our trip even more enjoyable. From nearby beaches to local eats, his tips were spot on. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the Big Island—especially families looking for a more personal and authentic experience!

Great place to stay. Clean, and had everything we needed. location was awesome, easy to get to the highway to get around. Short walk to the shoreline. Fast response from host. Awesome value.

Could not have asked for more. From the location to the hostess and place. For me, when I stay somewhere by the ocean, it’s all about the view and this did not disappoint! I loved having the balcony to sit and listen to the waves at the end of a perfect day spent at our favorite spots (all walking distance) Kitty went above and beyond. Our whole time and experience was wonderful!

Great base for traveling around Kona and the Big Island. Lots of space. Good lighting and comfortable living room. Host was responsive when we arrived and unit had not been cleaned. Second bedroom is in loft space so sounds from whole unit can be heard (not great for light sleepers). Appreciated beach chairs etc but they could use an update. Has a/c in all rooms but temperature regulation in various spaces was somewhat difficult.
