Matt was a great host and very responsive. The house was a great location, close to Colchester and our wedding venue in Feering. Rooms were spacious, great communal area, kitchen and living room. All utensils provided. Would highly recommend

Fantastic little place with a great social living/dining space. Location was spot on and check in was a breeze! Kathy was super kind and welcoming making check in and out a breeze!! If we’re back in Woodbridge we’ll definitely stay here. Oh and mega comfy beds

This house is absolutely beautiful, so characterful and charming with the most gorgeous grounds and gardens. Jo was an amazing host and so helpful in advance of our trip, providing lots of tips and ideas for things to do in the area. We were 3 families with small children and she provided 2 travel cots and 3 high chairs - brilliant! We will definitely be coming back. The children fed the alpacas, ducks and chickens and played all weekend in the glorious garden.

I chose the house for practical reasons as I needed be near to an elderly parent over Christmas. It was actually bigger than I expected and it was lovely to find a house so clean and tidy; and thoughtfully organised, ordered and equipped. Trevor's responses and suggestions were excellent – and the fact he'd got milk in was a godsend as my father found he'd run out after the shop closed. Altogether, it was like a real home from home. The house is an easy walk from the main centre of Orford and although as a city-dweller, I found the lack of street-lighting disconcerting when walking back at night, the traffic was light and never fast. The children's festive service in St Bartholomew's on Dec 25th was beyond delightful, and there was a warm welcome (and free drinks!) in the pub next door to the churchyard afterwards. I already know the village and enjoyed rediscovering some excellent walks and spending time looking at the boats on the quay. Altogether a relaxing, stress-free experience.

Ian was a very helpful host and quick to respond to questions. The accommodation was beautiful, clean and spacious. The location is great for a weekend away or a linger holiday. The location is quiet. The host was extremely helpful on departure. So overall a great host, location and accommodation.

Had a fantastic stay. Location was perfect. House had everything we needed with loads of extras. The kids really appreciated the toys and books in particular. We’ll definitely look to stay again next time we’re visiting

Absolutely perfect stay in a beautiful area. The house was spotless and even bigger than the photos show! It was perfect for 4 adults and my 16 month old daughter. Stuart sent great instructions through and loads of information about the local area, although we actually loved the house and grounds so much that we didn’t venture any further - we had a lovely few relaxing days in the house and walks around the woodland. My daughter even got to feed the goats. Will definitely come back, and will do a summer visit too as the pool looked beautiful.

The apartment is exactly as described. It was spotlessly clean and was perfect for our needs. It was a bit tricky to find but worth the effort. Excellent, quiet location; being an easy walk to the beach.

The place was lovely and clean, well presented and really well equipped. Mark was really responsive and helpful. The location was fabulous, perfect access to the beach, the pier and all the shops.

We had a lovely weekend at Walton on the Naze. The apartment is extremely clean, cosy and homely. The location is excellent, close to the beach and High Street.

Had a fabulous week exploring Ipswich and Suffolk; this is a great base from which to visit a multitude of places and so much variety from Jimmy's Farm to World War 2 collections to falconry and kayaking to Saxon and medieval history; the furthest we drove was 40 miles. Excellent apartment with interesting views and Kie was a superb host - he met us at the apartment and also messaged during the week to check that everything was ok. Very happy to recommend this apartment and will definitely be visiting again in the future.

Theresa is a great host. Her little flat was a perfect base for me to stay before a challenge event - quiet and homely.

We loved this place, brilliant wrap around veranda, spacious airy rooms, peaceful but with most of the appliances from home...even a tv in the bedroom! The kitchen is great but if you don't fancy cooking there is the hotel 10 mins walk away with two bars serving food and if you go after 7pm you can call for a shuttle to take you there and back for free. It's like getting a lovely break in the country with tv, WiFi and a pub/ restaurant nearby if you get bored of all the nature! The staff at the hotel were lovely and the food was great.

Great location for us visiting family nearby. Little peace of paradise. Tucked away overlooking a beautiful garden. Carole was a great host, cottage was very welcoming. Clean, warm and cosy. We only stayed one night sadly but could have easily stayed longer. Slept so well in the comfy bed. Would definitely book again.

Had a great stay at Katy’s space. Everything was clean, comfortable and matched the description and we enjoyed the goodies Katy stocked the kitchen with to get us going! Great location - very close to everything we needed. If I was ever in Walton or Essex again would be happy to stay again. Communicating with Katy was very easy and she was happy to help with any questions!

A lovely peaceful place to stay in the heart of the Suffolk countryside. Perfect base for my daughters Wedding next door and Sam was so helpful. I am local but anyone wishing to visit the suffolk coast this is ideal.

Emma and her family made my stay ultra welcoming and the place was a perfect hideaway whilst I got started with my new job. Emma was always on hand and responded to every question quickly and never made me feel like anything was an effort The place was clean, quiet and well placed for getting into London. Witham has a host of nice restaurants (El Pulpo being my fave), Freeport designer village is up the road and beautiful countryside is only 5 minutes drive. Can’t recommend the place enough and was a lovely experience from start to finish.

We had a wonderful long Easter weekend at this apartment, booked easily even though it was very last minute due to being let down by another owner. Thank you to Caroline for being so helpful and super responsive. The location is perfect to explore Felixstowe on foot and it’s handy having private off-road parking. We played mini-golf, ate out at some great spots, used the huge park down the road, went to the arcades on the pier and swam at the leisure centre just across the road. The space is beautiful, spacious, clean and we had everything that we needed, and more. Clear instructions and helpful information on the pre-arrival details too. Our daughters didn’t want to leave! We’d love to return again.

Had the most wonderful stay here, our second visit. Joanne was extremely helpful and professional. Property is absolutely immaculate and very tastefully decorated. Has everything you could possibly need. I stayed in Myles’ flat for 7 weeks as a student at the hospital and it was everything I could have asked for! Super easy check-in / check-out, really good comms throughout, really quiet area, no noise disruption despite being on ground floor and felt really safe living there alone. The flat itself was pristine, well-equipped kitchen, good wardrobe/storage space and has a nice cozy vibe - feels very private. Within 5 minute walk of a big tesco, good bus routes - generally really good location. Thank you Myles!!
