Honestly, it was such a lovely stay and experience, and you dont have to worry about hearing noises from cars/trains as the windows are double glazed Its extremely peaceful and quite! The skyline view is gorgeous I came here as a get away from the city and worked from home! It was so clean and cosy! Very secure and you feel super safe Will 100% book again!

I feel like i got the best deal ever with his booking. I staked for 13 days and it was super easy to come and go. Parking was really close and easy to get in and out of. I felt very safe and felt comfortable staying as a female alone for the first few days. And they were always so fast to respond if you needed Anything. Would defiantly book again.

We had a wonderful stay at this accommodation. They provided everything we needed for a short vacation! The staff was friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect. We definitely recommend it!

The accommodation was a nice safe place to live in and there was a lot of privacy. All basic utilities were available and the host as well as the staff and the security guards were very open and helpful. There is a Tesco supermarket just next door to the building which was convenient, and sevral transportation services were all within walking distance. There is also St. Chad's Catholic cathedral within 10minutes walking distance for those who are interested in visiting a church. In conclusion I was very comfortable during my stay and very quickly felt at home.

Como el anuncio se publicita con parking, creí que estaba incluido en el precio. No es así, hay que reservarlo y pagarlo aparte. Probablemente fue un error mío, pero creo que debe quedar claro. Un barrio muy animado, cerca del centro y una distribución del apartamento muy cómoda, con un muy buen equipamiento. Lo único que echamos en falta fue una cafetera. Hablamos con la recepción y nos dijeron que podíamos usar la que había en las zonas comunes.

Great apartment located in a secure , quiet, modern building 5 mins walk to Solihull Rail Station and 10 mins walk to Solihull town centre and ideal base for our visit to Crufts on the Thursday . Communication with hosts was great , very responsive and they gave very clear check in instructions. Apartment was extremely well furnished and decorated with modern furniture , fixtures and fittings with good quality appliances , crockery , cutlery etc . The bed was huge and extremely comfortable . Loved our stay and would recommend the apartment and hosts

Great location, easy to find and easily accessible. Some lovely pubs and restaurants within short walking distance and 3 beautiful parks for walks. Nice living space. Everything you need for a few nights away at a nice location

Nice and cosy place very well maintained

Umer helped us when a previous host cancelled on us with no warning at the last minute. The apartment is exactly as described and looks just like the pictures. If you’re looking for a peaceful night, definitely look elsewhere. But if you like easy access to some great food and drink locations, and want the comforts of home. Then this is the place for you. Everything we needed was in the apartment Umer met me and checked me in at the agreed time. Can’t fault him as a host or the apartment as a perfect location. Will definitely be using again in the future

Thoroughly enjoyed staying at this apartment, which is modern, comfortable and in an extremely favourable location, close to bus and tram links and right next to the Brindley Place complex with all its attractions. The apartment was immaculately clean and quite spacious, with a great view over the city. Jess was a very good host, with everything clearly explained from the outset, and many nice touches such as toiletries, towels and other supplies. Definitely to be recommended.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Cyril's apartment in Birmingham City Centre! The location was perfect – right in the heart of the city, within walking distance of great restaurants, shopping areas, and major attractions like the Bullring and Grand Central. The apartment itself was spotless, modern, and thoughtfully designed. The bed was super comfortable, and the kitchen had everything I needed for a few home-cooked meals. I also appreciated the fast Wi-Fi . The building was secure and quiet, which added to the overall great experience. Cyril was incredibly accommodating and responsive, making the check-in process seamless and ensuring I had everything I needed throughout my stay. He was able to quickly provide me with what I needed in the apartment which made me feel extra welcome. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Birmingham and will definitely be staying here again on my next trip. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

The house is great and set in a wonderful environment. It's magical to wake up there. Broadway town is really cute and close to many places of interest. Elizabeth is really responsive and helpful. Our stay was amazing!

Great stay as usual :) i like the big and airy bathroom, and the beautiful kitchen. Room is small but has it all, mattress and sheets are good quality - def above average in the area. Will book again!

I had the pleasure of staying at this property, and it exceeded all my expectations! The space was absolutely lovely, with modern, comfortable furnishings and a warm, inviting atmosphere. The communal areas were fantastic — perfect for relaxing or socialising with friends. The waterfall showers were amazing. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a stylish, comfortable, and well-equipped place to stay. Great hub to explore the cotswolds from.

Emma and Johnathan were so helpful, nothing was too much trouble and are genuinely lovely people. We booked the house for a small family gathering and we had the best time and took some beautiful photographs in the gardens that created lasting memories.

Really lovely stay. As stated, this is the owners' home, so the property was incredibly well-stocked with everything you could need, as well as plush new sofas, carpet and mattresses when we visited. A luxury feel throughout, with considerate touches (e.g. water bottles and glasses on trays in bedrooms, huge bath towels, little treat on arrival and food to get started in fridge), making us feel "well-hosted"! I found the instructions and labels very helpful and there was a spirit of welcoming and generosity from Christine. We settled in quickly and were very comfortable. Very spacious rooms, great shower pressure (only used upstairs), parking available on the drive and road, lovely area with nearby parks and playgrounds for kids; two TVs in two separate living areas, so handy if you have kids and adults with different tastes/needing more space! Always swift communication and a pleasure to deal with.
