Kick off your shoes and snuggle up in the Puffball Lodge at Bracken Woods. Immersed in the sounds and sights of the woodland, quickly feel the worries and pressures of the outside world melt away. Fully equipped and with stylish furnishings the Puffball Lodge is perfect for weekend getaways and longer stays. If you fancy venturing out there are two great pubs serving excellent food within walking distance and this is a great spot from which to explore all that East Sussex and Kent have to offer.

The Orangery, Organic Vineyard stay with pool.

The Orangery is a studio space situated at Coes Farm organic vineyard and orchard making natural wines and ciders and offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, a tennis court and a games room. We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.

There is a rear private deck with seating. Ideal for romantic escapes or active holidays. Enjoy the outdoors by foot & bike direct from the cabin. The local pub & village shop are just 10 minutes walk. Perfect for Glyndebourne, Charleston & Firle weddings or explore nearby towns of Lewes or Brighton.

Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot in nature. Situated in a private corner of Wellshurst Golf club, enjoy the tranquil setting and cosy up in this brand new lodge. With everything you could need for a short stay and plenty of beautiful walks nearby, dogs are welcome and enjoying some golf is optional at our beautiful 18 hole course and driving range. Soak in the free standing tub whilst admiring the views, or relax on the deck and watch the sunset. 2 minute woodland walk to access.

Maylea, lovingly renovated self contained holiday let in a beautiful rural area. Positioned on the second highest spot in Sussex within easy driving distance to many fabulous locations. The perfect escape for peace and quiet or maybe a glass of something in the kitchen whilst cooking on the Range. The house is a cosy retreat with endless supply of logs. Pets are welcome. First and Foremost Maylea is a Wonderful family home, Rich in timeless memories of fun, laughter and great times together.

Luna Pod

Nestled in the foothills of the South Downs National Park, Luna Pod is located within a walled garden on our working organic farm with far reaching views. Luna Pod has its own private wood fired hot tub, fire pit and BBQ along with all you would need for a comfortable, relaxing stay. Luna Pod is conveniently located close to many local attractions including Charleston House, Firle Place, Glyndebourne & Alfriston amongst others. It also has direct access onto the South Downs & its many walks.

The Stables.

The Stables is a newly constructed oak framed building off a quiet country lane. Offering a light airy place to relax and enjoy the local area. Opposite the building is one of the many walks across fields to the village of Rushlake green, with its lovely pub and general stores, perfect for dog walkers. ( 1 dog only please ) Enclosed private garden and parking National Trust Batesmans at Burwash 7.5 miles Battle Abby 10 miles We also have the Byre listed if you want your friends to join you

The Barn, Hot tub, projector, Fire Pit, Pizza oven

Our Grade ll Barn is in a quiet countryside spot within driving distance of Eastbourne, Tunbridge Wells, Brighton and Hastings. This unique place has a style all of its own. A spacious home for a romantic getaway or a weekend adventure exploring the local beaches, walks & golf clubs The Barn is equipped with a hot tub, outdoor cinema screen, Ooni pizza oven, firepit/BBQ. We have a driveway which has space for two cars directly outside. *Please note our place is NOT suitable for children.

Poppets Cottage Cosy 1 bedroom cottage in Sussex

Relax in this calm, stylish space. The bright and airy living room has a vaulted ceiling and spacious lounge (including Sky TV) with separate Bedroom and Bathroom. There is a fridge and a small area for making tea / coffee and toast but no cooker - who wants to cook on holiday anyway!! There are local pubs including one within 3 mins walk serving good food, shops and even a Victorian cinema in walking distance and many other Sussex and Kent places of interest within a short drive.

Cozy inside and with gorgeous views outside, if that sounds like a splendid mix, then set off for the high-weald area of outstanding natural beauty and a self-catering stay at Gabriel's Rest, a gorgeous little shepherd's hut set in a peaceful and tranquil corner of a Sussex meadow with its own little garden. This idyllic retreat is set at Pococksgate Farm. It's all very peaceful here, and a relaxing place to just chill out all by yourselves with no one else around you.

The Potting Shed-perfect for family and friends

The Potting Shed is a fabulous space to spend time with family and friends. With easily access to footpaths local beaches and historic sites such as Battle Abbey, Herstmoneux Castle , Hasting Old Town, Bodium Castle etc.The Potting Shed has its own self contained garden (fenced) so well-behaved dogs are more than welcome. All the pubs and resturants locally to us allow dogs . No stag or hendos - sorry! we can sleep 4 x adults but also 2 x children on pull out beds
