We felt right at home from the moment we walked in the door. The environment was both welcoming and comfortable. They had the perfect amenities for us which included but were mot limited to a washer and dryer, a coffee maker, an iron, as well as a dish washer. It was very centrally located to the gym our daughter was playing at, just a 9 minute drive. It was also in close proximity to grocery stores as well as a variety of restaurants. We had an exceptional stay and are thankful for such amazing memories made!

Absolutely lovely place to stay in Yellow Springs. Very convenient to Cedarville if you are in the area for graduation. A beautiful home with all the charm you would expect from an older home. Lots of outdoor seating space if you enjoy being outside. The kitchen is fantastic! There is a fantastic bakery and restaurant right across the street. (There are no bedrooms in the 1st floor - keep that in mind if you have elderly people staying with you.)

This was an excellent stay in a beautifully appointed house. Every detail was thoughtfully tended to. We can’t think of a single thing that needed attention— the house was immaculate, the beds were comfortable, the cottage is lovely.

Mark, was attentive. Any issues that arose he communicated promptly. It was a great stay for my family. We were all grateful and sent Mark some ideas to enhance customer experience. Very minimal. Great place to stay.

The place was really amazing and had all the amenities and luxuries required . Had a great time with family and friends. Quiet surroundings , peaceful place . Kitchen was really very amazing and organized. Bathrooms were clean and spacious . Host was really responsive and instructed us very well . The best part was the great outdoor backyard with a BBQ set up and all. The speaker was a plus point for the perfect Karaoke night . Overall my experience of the stay was really worthy.

Taylor and Ryan were such great hosts! The place was exactly as pictured and perfect for my partner’s birthday. We loved how responsive and kind the owners were and were incredibly impressed with the unit itself. Definitely would stay again :)

This house is everything and then some! My husband and I booked for our anniversary. Our main focus was getting away from kids and animals and work to just relax and rekindle and that’s exactly what we found! The house was relaxing and peaceful. I had a hard time deciding between wanting to soak in huge bathtubs or hot tub. The back yard was amazing! The house was fully stocked. I loved the hundreds of cozy pillows and super soft blankets. Ordered in Sarah’s pizza on a rainy day was as good as everyone says! Did not have to contact owners one time bc of clear easy directions and everything was as described. One of our favorites thus far!
