What would you say to someone who is visiting Athens for the first time, with friends or family? What would you suggest someone who is about to visit Athens for business? Well, my recommendation would be for him/her to stay downtown, to live as a true Athenian in one of the coolest, most culturally vibrant areas of Athens! This renovated room is completely private, with it's own entance, balcony and bathroom. It is equipped with a comfortable single bed (towels and linen provided), a big desk, a mini-fridge, A/C and a spacious closet for all your stuff. The neighbourhood is very safe and quiet, with stores that can provide you with just about anything , yet within walking distance for all major sites and the city buzz. Closest metro/bus station is EVANGELISMOS, which is less than 10 minutes away on foot.

Traditional Stone Guesthouse

The house was built before 1940 and back then it used to be the house of the teacher of the village. The basement was the storage room for the resin. Only in 1975 me grandpa, Dimitris, was able to buy the house and the basement too, in order to use the entire building as a storage room. Then, in 2019, my family decided to transform the upstairs as an Airbnb room and the basement as a storage room for the wine and the oil.
