This house was built in the early 1800's as part of a small town "Rossburg" that no longer exists and is reported to have been a Tavern. This is one of the last remaining structures for this town along with the barn and house across the street. Kitchenette with full-size refrigerator, toaster, toaster oven, microwave, Electric skillet, Crockpot. It is one bedroom with a queen size bed. A Portable, full size foam mattress in the living area. Private outside deck with view of woods. private parking spot. Wi-Fi. TV in living area and bedroom.

Fully Private Studio basement apartment. Private entrance. Beautiful 1 acre yard with lots of trees, and a small creek. Wonderful place for birdwatching! The apartment is fully private, with a separate entrance but is attached to my personal residence. *The floor mattress is only appropriate for 5'2" and below. *The stairs to access the apartment are steep and may present problems for those with mobility issues. Long term stays on a case by case basis.
