My husband and I were most appreciative of our suite, Waterside. It was beautifully decorated and homely, offering a spotlessly clean environment and bathroom. Fabulous toiletries, fluffy towels and comfy bed. We enjoyed having tea making facilities too, thank you. Breakfast was so good! Karen and her husbands home is welcoming, with 360 landscape of the glorious countryside. Such a lovely experience, thank you so very much.

We were attending a wedding at the Mill Barns wedding venue. Karen’s B&B was fantastic and they were incredible hosts. Great communication. If you are attending a wedding at this venue you will need to pre book your taxis.

Karen initially was very responsive to my questions online. When we arrived we were greeted with a very warm welcome by Karen. As to the accommodation, very clean, very tidy, beautifully maintained room and bathroom. A really comfortable living area. Outstanding breakfast. Both Karen and Keith were very accomadating and couldn't do enough. We will most definitely be returning on our own and with our extended families.

We was there as my son had his graduation. The place was lovely felt home from home. Both ladies Jamiee but I forgot the other lady’s name (forgive me) was absolutely fantastic and professional. Very patient, courteous and very attentive. The home cooked breakfast was exceptional and very filling, we were spoilt for choice. The rooms were very cosy, super clean and comfortable cannot fault it. Definitely would recommend this guest house, a wonderful stay. Didn’t want to go home! Thank you so much.

Stayed the night for my birthday, was happy to have been able to drop off my suitcase prior to check-in as I had an appointment. Room was very comfortable for just myself. Will say it was rather cold at night. Hospitable staff during my stay, would happily book again for a night or two!

Wonderful place, with amazing soroudings, very peaceful. Chris is a great host, very friendly. I will definitely book this place again. Thank you for hosting us.
