Jan & Ben's place was just what we needed and had been looking forward to based on the property description and photos. All rooms were beautifully presented, spotlessly clean, perfectly sized for our short break with our two greyhounds. Comfortable and spacious accommodation with well equipped kitchen, great water pressure, with central heating working really well on cool nights. The hot tub was well enjoyed, too. The hosts were very friendly, the surroundings very peaceful and well maintained. The only thing we regretted was not having booked a longer holiday!

Had a great time at the Wisteria Lodge - very clean, hosts were very friendly and was perfect for a quiet getaway from the city. Would recommend!

We stayed for 4 nights in April 2025, 2 adults and 2 children (9 and 13). Fabulous stay, the cottage is lovely and tucked away from the road. The hot tub was a big hit and made the stay that little bit more amazing! Excellent host and a lovely cottage, we will be back.

Beautiful setting - Neil was always on hand to help - had a wonderful weekend away. Would highly recommend.

The converted stable has been finished to a very high standard and is absolutely beautiful. Fabulous bathroom with a lovely roll top bath as well as an excellent shower. Kitchen finished to a very high spec with all needed utensils in place. Bed was extremely comfortable with great quality pillows & duvet. The hot tub was the icing on the cake, which we enjoyed every day. We were lucky enough to see two red squirrels when out walking early in the morning as well as a barn owl 🥰

Absolute perfection and nothing less! Run like a 5 star resort. Stunning grounds, well thought out extras and extremely cosy. The pond and animals are a bonus as they make the visit feel even more homely. The shop is adorable and such a clever idea. The place was immaculate. Cannot complain one bit. Don’t give it a second thought.

Beautiful place, really friendly host who had left us some Prosecco and chocolates and the whole property was spotless. Showed us how to use the hot tub and gave lots of recommendations for things to do, would definitely recommend to anyone!

Lovely little cottage. Really cosy and plenty of space. Great pubs nearby all in walking distance, and some lovely walks too. Great place to take the dogs! Thank you for such a lovely break!

Anne-Marie was a brilliant, accommodating and communicative host. We had a lovely stay in her very clean, functional and cosy annex cottage. She was great at making sure we were comfortable and on hand for any questions. A super host. Thank you !

We had a wonderful time staying here, the surroundings were so beautiful and every part of the hideaway was a pleasure. The hosts were great and were very patient with our very excitable puppy. This place will now hold special meaning to us as we got engaged in front of the view from the bedroom terrace. Thanks very much for a lovely stay!

We had a great stay at the cottage. Right in the centre of the town, everything we wanted to do was walkable for us. The cottage was beautiful and warm with everything we needed. We were there to relax mid winter - reading, walks, lazy brunches and pub meals - and it was perfect for this.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Close to family for us but just outside of Chichester and not far from lovely coastal villages and harbours if you are on holiday. Goodwood farm shop is minutes away. Comfortable accommodation, I`ve got some mobility issues at the moment but I found it very easy to get around. The little garden was really colourful with lots of wild birds visiting and the welcome hamper was just great. Look forward to visiting again

Peaceful location, annexe equipped with all necessary amenities, great place to stay and lovely location . Slept well , owners very friendly and responsive.

The location is special : right by the sea, totally quiet, a short walk or bike ride into town. Comfortable, clean house, plenty of hot water and heating if required. Very responsive agency. And Caroline, the owner, makes her own icecream ! Delicious, and available in local shops.

Great little find! Loved the outdoor space where we were able to sit and have food with family. Log burner was lovely in the evening and made it even more cosy. Shower was hot and powerful and the kitchen had everything we needed. Will recommend and will definitely book again

Stunning, Quiet, cosy, relaxing The Cottage is gorgeous & super comfortable, every view from each window is amazing with countryside (sheep) and the garden is stunning. Great walks and a pub 5 minutes which does fantastic food very friendly. Everything you need, welcome pack lavish, thank you homemade treats unbelievably generous. What we loved: - Amazing location. Rowlands has great facilities, nice pubs, cafe, a shop and lovely walks. - The property has stacks of character, it’s really beautiful. We really enjoyed the fire. It was just a gorgeous place to rest and be. - Good amenities - coffee machine, smart TV, well equipped kitchen. - The cottage was very clean and warm (we stayed when it was very cold outside). - Good shower. - Very comfortable beds, good quality linen. - Good communication from hosts. - As someone who is terrible at parking I would dispute other reviews that say you can’t park - you just need to turn right into the road and reverse back. Small suggestions - The window in the bathroom really needs privacy film. - For the price point the welcome basket is a bit light, would expect milk & small bottle of shower gel & shampoo. But overall a wonderful stay and we would stay again.

Great quirky 2 bed right in the heart of Arundel. As a young family of three we very much wanted a place with the bedrooms on the same floor and this hit the mark. We’ve stayed in several airbnbs over the years in Arundel and they pretty much all have steep stairs, as this one did, which is no exception. Mark actually lives here part time so this place feels the way airbnbs used to: full of homey items, a fully stocked spice rack, cooking utensils etc (so many places don’t even leave you with salt these days). Added bonus were all the children’s toys and books accessible if desired- very much our case. The apartment is in a cute cottage on a public parking lot and at the back of a pub I think, so although there is definitely some daytime commotion, it is surprisingly quiet at night. Thank you mark- the welcome chocolates were promptly enjoyed and we will certainly be back!

We had lovely time this July in Bembridge. Fintray Cottage was close to the beach and also close to Bembridge village centre. We thoroughly enjoyed the big garden it came with. The house has a large kitchen, ideal for a big family or for the occasion of entertaining guests. Will definitely recommend.

Fantastic two bedroom property. I really recommend this for exploring the west end of the South Downs. We walked and cycled several sections during our stay. The property is finished to a high standard and is well equipped. It was great to have the use of a washing machine when we returned to the property with muddy clothes after exploring. We'd like to go back in the future.

Lovely property and location. Excellent base for exploring the south coast and Westbourne village is very pretty. Recommended.
