A charming self contained, 2 bedroom country cottage. Beekeepers is part of a converted Victorian byre set on a 14th century farm beside a sleepy lane with fabulous walks on the doorstep. It is perfect for exploring 1066 country and with Hastings, Battle and Rye just a few miles away there is much to do and see! Dogs are very welcome. Small orchard with picnic table and bbq. A beautiful oak framed building with great views of the south downs. Accommodation comprising of a comfortable lounge with TV and wifi and log burner. The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, oven and microwave. One double bedroom downstairs with en suite shower room. Upstairs there is a mezzanine with two single beds and a sitting area above the lounge area with a bathroom with free standing bath. The outside space is a south facing patio with table and chairs and a BBQ is available.

The perfect place to really relax and explore the breathtaking surroundings. With fascinating places to visit, stunning beaches, award winning restaurants and pubs, quirky shops and easy access to Brighton, Lewes and Kent.We have 4 Double Bedrooms (1 on ground floor) and 1 small kids room with bunk beds.

Beach house in Dungeness

Beautiful Dungeness house right on the beach with ever changing views of the sea all year round. The house incorporates an original train carriage and the living space is open plan. The well equipped kitchen includes a generous dining table and chairs, which also looks out across the beach. There are two double bedrooms within the carriage as well as a shower room. An ideal place to explore Dungeness as well as discovering the wider area including Rye, Folkestone and the Romney Marsh.

Enjoy my beautiful home while I’m away in the quaint village of Staplecross for your Sussex adventures in the Rother valley and wider area. Built in 1845 it comes with a bespoke fireplace in an open plan living/dining room, two spacious double bedrooms, a courtyard dining area and free off-road parking on the drive. Staplecross has a lively local community and is famed for its access to ancient woodlands and walking trails on foot and for our traditional Sussex bonfire celebrations.

Newly built semi-detached cosy single storey cottage nestled in 1066 countryside on the edge of the Combe Haven Countryside Park with its own private wood-burning hot tub. The cottage is wheel chair friendly. It has one very spacious double bedroom and a bedroom with 2 single bed. Also a sofa bed located in the front room for extra guests. Pets are also allowed. Parking directly out side with step free access to the cottage. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay.

The second floor Belvedere (lookout) gives extensive views across Rye bay to English Channel. A great base for exploring Hastings, Rye and East Sussex, or simply going to the beach. The Potting Shed-perfect for family and friends

The Potting Shed is a fabulous space to spend time with family and friends. With easily access to footpaths local beaches and historic sites such as Battle Abbey, Herstmoneux Castle , Hasting Old Town, Bodium Castle etc.The Potting Shed has its own self contained garden (fenced) so well-behaved dogs are more than welcome. All the pubs and resturants locally to us allow dogs . No stag or hendos - sorry! we can sleep 4 x adults but also 2 x children on pull out beds.

Cosy cottage in Rye Harbour

Welcome to our idyllic sea-side cottage in Rye Harbour, just down the road from a cosy pub, a village store, and a nature reserve. The nature reserve is ideal for walks and birdwatching, and is home to the Discovery Centre where you can grab a coffee and learn about the area. There are lots of pubs, cafes, restaurants & a winery in Rye town, 5 minutes away by car. The house is also conveniently located for day trips to Winchelsea and Camber Sands.

The Yard Rye

The Yard is a two-bed interior-designed cottage in the citadel of the beautiful Cinque Port town of Rye. It is situated down a cobbled passageway next to a pretty tea room. PLEASE NOTE – The property can sleep up to two adults in the master bedroom and one child in the single, with a pull-out camp bed if needed for an extra child. We also have a travel cot for an infant. Please be aware we have a steep staircase.
