It is close to the Salisbury Airport (SBY), Salisbury University (SU), Perdue Stadium (Delmarva Shorebirds) and short drives to University of Maryland Eastern Shore (UMES), the beaches in Ocean City MD, Asseteauge Island, Md and some Delaware beaches too. Winterplace Equestrian Park is within 4 miles and Pemberton Historical Park is just across town. Price includes parking in the attached oversized 2 car garage.

Welcome to Ocean Pines Getaway, Enter home through a beautiful covered porch with swing for two and lovely seating area. This sweet home has 3 bedrooms & 2 full baths. A fully stocked kitchen , with eat in breakfast nook, Also proper dining room plenty of seating for family Cozy living room with working fireplace. All season sunroom plenty of seating, pub table & bar. Doggie door in sunroom large enough for 100 lb dog, leads to fenced in backyard. $100 pet fee and $125 linens & bath towels.

There's a fenced rear yard, making this home a perfect choice for man's best friend. We welcome dogs of any breed, size, and weight. We do offer size-specific pet amenities, so please share a photo of your dog when booking, or provide a basic description so we can set out appropriate amenities. Welcome to Stella! She has been lovingly restored by our family and carefully designed by our son who owns JoonMoon Design with his beautiful wife. We are a family who loves to travel and discover places of rest. Stella was designed with that in mind. She is approachable, comfortable and invites you to kick off your shoes and relax. She is walking distance to Salisbury University and close to many restaurants and stores.

Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot in nature. Tiny house sits on Widow Hawkins Branch Creek and backs up to Johnson Wildlife Mtg Area. Great for bird watchers and nature lovers. Enjoy sitting by the fire pit or relaxing on spacious deck overlooking creek. Quiet and peaceful. Fully equipped kitchen, Queen bed, bathroom, pull out queen sofa bed with privacy wall to make 2rd bedroom. Close to beaches and town.

Wagon Wheel Cottage

Remodeled country farm house cottage that was built by our uncle in a quiet rural area surrounded by farm land. Other family members live all around us. It's located in the small town of Powellville, Md. It is 21 miles from Assateague, 20 miles from Ocean City, 12 miles from Berlin, 13 miles from Salisbury and 41 miles from Chincotegue VA. Sorry we do not allow pets as some guest have pet allergies.
