This apartment features refinished, original hardwood floors, fresh paint and new lighting fixtures. This is a large studio apartment that has a living space, queen size bed, and kitchenette. The kitchen has a coffee and tea bar, two burner range, microwave, dishwasher and toaster oven.

Enjoy a little private cottage in the historic Midtown area, minutes away from downtown Mobile and I10. Very quiet neighborhood, with all the charm that Midtown has to offer. Our favorite thing about the neighborhood is the live oak trees that sweep across Government Street along with all of the stringed lights at various houses nearby. We love our little guest house because it is a hidden gem full of character and charm all while being in the heart of town. Come check it out!
