Welcome to our charming newly renovated home located in Wilmington, Ohio. This house was built by my husband's grandfather in 1954 and has been in our family ever since. This spacious interior is equipped with everything you need for an enjoyable and comfortable stay. We are located 2 miles from the World Equestrian Center, 3 miles from Lake Cowan, 2.3 miles from Majestic Springs Golf Course, 6.5 miles from Wilmington Air Park, and 7 miles from Robert's Center. This house has a new HVAC system.

Uniquely decorated. Fully stocked kitchen. Bedroom has king bed. Located on quiet county road about 6 miles from Hillsboro. Close to Rocky Fork Lake, Amish community, and Paint Creek Lake State Park. Peaceful cottage on Main Street, just outside the business area. Walk to the shops and restaurants or bike .6 miles to the Ohio to Erie Trail. Equipped kitchenette sufficient to prepare light meals, outdoor grill, patio and lawn for outdoor games. Queen bed and Queen sleeper sofa. There is room for inside bike storage. Greystone Cottage is located close to the Little Miami Bike Trail, canoeing, King’s Island, the Ren Fest, Caesar's Creek, walking distance to restaurants and unique shops.
