We had a perfect stay at the lodge! Beautiful property with equally beautiful surroundings. It’s well equipped and lovely to have use of hot tub, bbq etc! Lots of nice places to walk for food and drinks. Couldn’t have asked for anything better. Such a peaceful and relaxing stay - thank you!

Wir waren jetzt das 2. Mal bei Kevin zu Gast. Das Haus entspricht der Beschreibung und den Fotos in der Anzeige, es ist perfekt. Der flexible Check-In mit Schlüsselbox ist problemlos möglich, die notwendigen Infos dazu bekommt man rechtzeitig. Bei unserem ersten Aufenthalt konnten wir leider Kevins Restaurant nicht besuchen, das haben wir diesmal nachgeholt und ein Besuch dort ist auf alle Fälle empfehlenswert. Das Essen war sehr gut, das Restaurant ist gemütlich eingerichtet und nur ein paar Kilometer vom Haus entfernt. Die Kommunikation mit Kevin war perfekt, auf unsere Fragen hat er immer schnell geantwortet. Wir können die Unterkunft von Kevin uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen. Alles war wie in der Anzeige beschrieben und der Kontakt zu Kevin ebenfalls super. Vielen Dank das wir hier zu Gast sein durften, wir kommen gern einmal wieder bei passender Gelegenheit.

We stayed at Sharon’s place in May with my grown up daughters. The place was very spacious, light, airy and peaceful. It was spotless and very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and good to work in. The house was comfortably warm but there wasn’t alot of hot water. Sharon was quick to respond and rectify. The outlook was excellent and we had a family of ducklings, swans, herons and lots of geese and ducks. The walks were lovely round the lakes, and all in all, a wonderful break. Thank you

We had a really lovely stay this weekend for 2 nights as a little getaway. We had 2 toddler boys who loved having lots of toys to play with, the garden looked amazing too however the weather said otherwise! Frances was really great communicating with us & made us feel really comfortable.

lovely place, great base for walking. local shop (co-op) and pub both easily walkable. spacious lounge and a beautiful courtyard which, if the weather holds, is a fantastic place for a relaxed breakfast.

We had a lovely Easter break in this house with our family (8 adults). The weather was perfect so we enjoyed playing tennis and paddle boarding on site and walked to the pub in the village.

Great accommodation on a beautiful well landscaped site. 3 bedrooms were perfect for our family. The deck out the back was great although we didn’t get the opportunity to use it due to prior commitments ( the reason for staying in the area) great communication from responsive host. Thanks for a great stay !

Perfect location for a visit to Bath. We really enjoyed the walk from the house (along the canal) into the town. Margaret was an awesome host. She let us check-in early, and she left us some fresh milk for our tea and coffee upon arrival. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a beautiful appartment. Extremely well decorated and within 5 minutes walk of central Bath, restaurants. pubs and a Waitrose/Tescos. John e mailed all information needed for check in and answered all our questions. We will definitely book again next time we're in the area.

Lovely place to stay with amazing views and only a 10 min stroll into bath with coffee shops on the way. I like the bed and actually and a really good sleep which is not always the case. Lovely area outside the bedroom to sit in and read or just relax. Very nice host and would highly recommend.

Très agréable séjour chez Katrina. L’appartement est très beau, très spacieux, très propre et parfaitement équipé Katrina étant absente nous avons été accueillis par Steve qui a été très courtois et très patient avec nous car notre compréhension de l’anglais est très faible. Nous avons été ravis du panier d’accueil (Crumpets, céréales, beurre, confitures), merci encore. Nous avons laissé notre voiture sur la place privé et avons visité Bath à pied depuis la maison (25 minutes du centre), c’est très raide pour remonter mais nous sommes de bons marcheurs et étions ravis de faire du sport. Le chemin vers le centre est super car il domine la ville. Nous avons eu la chance d’avoir un temps magnifique pour profiter du beau jardin. Bref je recommande à 100%

Incredible location, just a short walk to centre of Bath with shops and restaurants. Although great central location, it was nice and quiet, our young baby slept very well there. The garden and view were beautiful!

Beautiful basement apartment with a very welcoming and friendly host. Apartment has its own street entrance so have complete privacy but with the knowledge that you have a wonderful host on hand if anything is needed. List of recommendations within the flat was very helpful, especially the boater pub on a nice sunny evening. Very accessible from both the train station and town with a quick flat walk and nice pub and park just round the corner! A lovely stay and will certainly be back!

Quality furnishings and super warm welcoming vibe to the apartment. My partner and I felt at home and relaxed during our stay. The only tiny thing would be we struggled to eat meals as there’s no table and chairs in the apartment. Apart from this we really enjoyed our stay.

Rachel's place was perfect for our short stay in Bath. The cosy space had been well planned and provided everything we needed, as well as being right in the heart of Bath. The convenience of the location outweighed the additional noise from staying over a Friday and Saturday night. Would recommend a visit to Mr B's Emporium bookshop just around the corner.

Christian and Sian communicated well from the start to the end of our stay. They provided clear instructions and suggestions for things to do in Bath. The flat was clean and cosy and well equipped, and the location was within walking distance to the city centre. We would definitely stay here again.

We had the most beautiful stay at the retreat in Tetbury- a wonderful apartment with all the essentials for our baby and pet dog. It was so relaxing, the facilities were fantastic, the bed was extremely comfortable and we loved the use of the garden with the bbq and scenic outside area. We were thrilled with how close we were to shops and Cirencenster. We would definite stay again. Thank you Victoria.

What a beautiful home. Tastefully decorated with everything we could want. Basics like shower gel, shampoo, tea, coffee, salt & pepper were provided as well as a welcome basket and milk in the fridge. It’s very quiet during the day and at nighttime and only a 10 minute walk from the city centre where you’ll find hundreds of restaurants, cafes, bars, shops and tourist attractions. Helen has a beautiful secluded courtyard garden with stunning views, it boasts both sunny and shady areas and perfect for enjoying the lovely weather. Would definitely recommend and come back.

A beautiful apartment, much bigger than expected. The location was so convenient and felt very private. Lisa was so responsive to any questions beforehand and whilst we were there. I would recommend this to anyone and would definitely stay again!

A fantastic property in a great location! Wonderful light and open property with loads of charm/character, super high ceilings and a beautiful bathroom. All the mod-cons included. Will definitely book again!

We stayed at Crin's over Xmas whilst visiting relatives nearby and it was exactly what we needed. Communication was great with Crin, she was warm and welcoming. The property was great for a walk around with our 4 year old to burn off some energy.
