Welcome to "The Pepper Shed" named after our black lab. This is a unique utility shed with built-in living quarters located next to our family home located along the Cedar River. Beds are located in open loft upstairs and bathroom is located on the ground level. Quiet and cozy Cottonwood Cottage in Scotia

Find peace and solitude as you relax and unwind in our quiet neighborhood. Our cottage was enhanced with new flooring, new furniture, and appliances in 2024, and also with a remodeled bathroom. The big front porch is the perfect place for morning coffee or an evening meal. A quiet street with a corn field to the south of the cabin and a grassy meadow on the other side. Just across the meadow is the Scotia Rec Hall with playground equipment.

Get away out in the country for some rural rest and relaxation at our remodeled, historic, old District 28 schoolhouse. Cows, corn, and comfort. A touch of a hunters cabin but modern enough to be cozy for some good relaxation.
