The bedroom has exposed beams, a reclaimed pine floor, ash staircase and by all accounts nice, comfy beds. fast wifi is included. The small private garden is just for you. The location is rural, peaceful, safe and quiet.

There is a new super king Relyon bed and mattress, new shower, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge. Our location is very convenient being quite close to Norwich, broads and the stunning seaside. The Tiny House is well insulated and with its wood burning stove is lovely and toasty during winter months. Unlimited wood available. The bathroom is located directly behind the hut, where there is a shower and a composting toilet. This is attended to daily. Rural and peaceful location but also situated close to many amenities, including delightful pubs and restaurants.

Outdoors is your own 5 seater boat and a hot tub (included in the price) Also a fishing platform. This stunning Arts & Crafts property has every home comfort with wi fi BBQ & private parking. Also a games room with pool table & table top football. Sleeps 10 (with 4 bathrooms) so perfect for large families or celebrations and all ages.
