The home is not a shared space, has it's own address, street frontage, and is not located in a unit complex.

A full kitchen includes a coffee maker, although we highly recommend the local cafes and restaurants which are an easy walk away. Escape the hustle at The Boat Shed, centrally located in the heart of Coolum Beach. Leave your car parked and take an easy stroll or a short ride to the beach, local cafés and shops. The cottage is a completely separate, stand-alone original beach shack. This 70s original shack has been converted into a tiny home with new and recycled materials to ensure you feel all the beach vibes and have a comfy stay.
