Air mattresses, cot, PackNPlay for added guests. Large back yard. Patio with table & seating. Books, games, smart TV, washer/dryer. HVAC w/allergy/virus filter. Dogs welcome, small fenced relief area. House is apprx. 100 yo, clean & cared for with a few nicks, cracks & creaks for authenticity!

The Cottage

Coziest place in town This is a tiny home tucked away in the heart of Aurora. within walking distance to our wonderful square in the center of town. This home is a perfect place for you to stay during your visit to Aurora. The house can sleep 4 individuals however it would best suited for 2 children and 2 adults if reaching the maximum of 4 individuals. This completely remodeled home is decorated in the neutral tones. Mattresses are new to ensure a great night of sleep. Easy access with no steps in this home and there is off-street parking with adequate outside lighting. There is also a nice sized patio to enjoy evenings. Pet friendly if kenneled. No smoking.

The loft is located on the second floor up a flight of stairs. No elevator access. One free parking space in alley. Street parking also available.
