Unser Haus mit 4 Wohneinheiten befindet sich in dem kleinen Ort Zaboric mit ruhiger Bestlage am Hang mit Südausrichtung. Die Apartments sind voll ausgestattet, u.a. mit Küche, sowie TV und WLAN. Jede Wohnung hat eine eigene Terrasse/Balkon. Ein Grill ist zur Nutzung auf dem Gelände. Ein Parkplatz befindet sich direkt vor dem Haus. Zum Meer mit Strand, dem kleinen Hafen, Restaurant und Strandbude sind es zu Fuß nur 300m. Eine Klimaanlage ist vorhanden und kann bei Bedarf zugeschalten werden.

This house is 10 meters from the beach. Few steps away is a deck. Deck you see on the pictures is on the beach from mid May until mid October..The car is parked 60 meters away, there is no traffic in front and if you wanted to find a house for a real vacation - this is it! It has two floors. Ground floor with a big terrace and upper floor with a kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a living room and a second bathroom. One bathroom is on the ground floor. It is perfect for 4 people but we can fit 5.

Na drugom katu su dvije sobe s bračnim krevetom i zasebnim kupatilom.Kuća ima više terasa: privatnu uz kuću s pogledom na grad i rijeku te prostranu središnju terasu s roštiljem.
