Vale cada centavo! A anfitriã é super gentil acolhedora, nos ajudou a chegar e sempre respondia rápido. No apartamento tem tudo que você pode precisar e com duas estações de metrô que te levam facilmente aos principais pontos turísticos da cidade. Reservem sem medo!

Kontaktloses Check-In lief reibungslos durch gute Anweisungen. Design auch muss man zugeben sehr kreativ vor allem mit der eleganten & dezenten Deko. Ein Wohles Gefühl war mir wichtig und den habe ich hier auch bekommen. Zwar befindet sich eine Baustelle direkt im Ausblick, auch ein Riesen Projekt aber tatsächlich war das kein großes Problem vom Lärm her da ab ca. 4-5 dort nicht mehr gearbeitet wird, vielleicht aber ein Problem für lang Schläfer. Anfangs dachte ich mir das kann jetzt nicht wahrsein aber es war dann doch halb so wild. Sauberkeit war aufjedenfall gegeben da kann man nix großes sagen. Hatte lange rum geguckt nach Airbnbs in Mailand und kann mit gutem Gewissen sagen das die Übernachtung sich hier gelohnt hat und ich es so wieder machen würde. Es hat alles funktioniert und man hatte alles was man gebraucht hat.

Appartement propre, coquet , confortable et bien équipé. Un peu loin du centre ville mais le tram est pratique et la station est toute proche Le seul petit bémol, la nuit le séjour est un peu trop lumineux , pas pratique pour celui qui dort dans le salon (un petit rideau pourrait faire l'affaire )

Mi estadía en Milán fue increíble, el alojamiento de Ariane es espectacular, tal cual las fotos, muy cerca del metro y la zona es tranquila. Hay supermercado y restaurante cerca! Sin dudas me volvería a alojar ahí en otro viaje por Milán! También destacar la flexibilidad de Ariane, llegamos muy temprano a Milán y se encargó de que el departamento lo limpien rápido para poder ingresar antes del horario del check in!

Lokal blisko metra, mieszkanie bardzo ładne i przytulne. Sofia dba o każdy nawet najmniejszy szczegół aby pobyt w Mediolanie był udany. Dodatkowym plusem jest fakt elektrycznych rolet które pozwalają zasłonić na noc okno w pełni.

L'appartamento -come tutto l'edificio- é nuovo, molto pulito e ben arredato. Wi-fi, elettrodomestici, etc sono di qualitá e funzionano bene. Ci sono poi due balconi con tavolini per sedersi. Per chi viaggia con una macchina, gli anfitrioni mettono a disposizione un garage: per me é stato utilissimo. La comunicazione é fluida e le istruzioni di accesso chiare. Ci ritornerei, e lo raccomando.

Davide è una persona estremamente disponibile e gentile, attento fin da subito alle nostre esigenze. Non gli è stato possibile essere presente al check-in ma ci ha fornito tutte le indicazioni necessarie per entrare in appartamento e si è sempre dimostrato disponibile per assecondare le nostre esigenze. Consigliatissimo!

O apartamento do Damiano e da Kylie é ótimo. Com todas as comodidades descritas no anúncio e impecavelmente limpo. Está dentro de um condomínio privado, o que dá muita segurança e é fácil de estacionar. Os anfitriões foram muito gentis e atenciosos. Recomendamos e, com certeza, voltaremos a nos hospedar com eles na próxima viagem a Milão!

Amamos la decoración del lugar, que tuviese 3 baños completos (esto hizo nuestras mañanas mucho más eficientes), la cocina bastante completa, los baños impecables y las camas también. Es una bella zona, muy transitable.

Marco is the ultimate host. To say he went above and beyond would be an understatement. The apartement has been tastefully renovated and is very spacious! Marco not only handled every request we had he did all with cordial and prompt action. The only downside is the area. Although it is close to a metro it is not an area where you can find a restaurant or walk around in. It is necessary to take the metro to other stops to find restaurants. Although they are only 2 to 3 stops away it is an inconvenience. In all-the property is a hidden jewel in a questionable location!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Milan. L'appartement de Chiara est parfait pour deux personnes. Il est doté d'une grande terrasse, très appréciable au printemps. Il est idéalement situé ( à proximité du quartier Navigli), tout en étant calme. Les incontournables de Milan sont, en outre, facilement accessibles en métro. Et Chiara est une hôte réactive!

Séjour très agréable. Guido est un hôte très sympathique.

L'appartmento é grande e funzionale, il giardino piacevole e ben tenuto. Anche bambini e il cagnolino si sono trovati bene e si sono divertiti! Host gentile e disponibile

Un attico molto bello, con una terrazza ricca di verde e molto soleggiata. La zona è molto silenziosa, nonostante si trovi in un quartiere molto vivo. Ringrazio l'hosting per la disponibilità e la gentilezza.

Everyone was perfect. The location of the place is amazing, 20-min walk to the city centre and to the main train station. The place is clean, has a really nice view and is in a nice neighbourhood. Also, Stefania is a wonderful host and is a really approachable person. Highly recommend, 10/10!

La casa molto carina, è in una posizione comoda con la metro vicinissimo, io mi sono trovata benissimo. Casa molto bella pulita con tutto.

Wir waren super zufrieden, Laura war extrem nett und hat immer wieder gefragt ob alles ok ist. Es war alles da was man braucht und das Bett war bequem. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, danke für den tollen Aufenthalt!

one word for this place, Awesome! here is the reason: 1. Really really close from Milano Centrale (the biggest train station in Milan with a very beautiful architecture) 2. So many store on the street like foods (for you moslem traveler there is halal food store on the corner of the street in the middle of Michele place and Milano Centrale), mart (exactly below the place), souvenir shop, city tour and so on (really tired if i need to typing all of them 😆) 3. a reaaaaally beautiful place, rather small but perfect place for 2 people especially. the room is really unique for you who are not italian ppl to experiences something new. 4. the host, michele, is really warm people and very responsive ✨ 5. the place has many essential you need like fridge, AC, microwave, electric stove, hair dryer, bathub, mirror everywhere (normal girl will love it, so do the boyfriend or husband 😉), balcony with table and chair (me and my wife love eating local food there when i was staying)

Thank you and your family. My wife and I felt just as we are home. I definitely would choose this one next time I go to Milan.

Appartement au calme très bien placé dans un quartier agréable et avec de nombreux commerces Le centre ville est accessible à 15 min en tramway et la gare de Milan aussi pour les transferts vers l’aéroport ou pour aller au lac de Côme

The apartment was exactly as in the photos, nicely furnished and comfortable. Two separate bathrooms and a silent bedroom is a great plus. The location is close to a metro station, the main railway stations and the city center. Giada is a great host.

We had a great family stay in Casa Gemma Milan! The apartment was in a quiet, safe area with excellent public transport, shops and restaurants nearby. It was super easy to explore the city from here. The apartment was tastefully decorated and well-equipped for a short or long stay. The host was friendly, responsive, and very accommodating. We'd happily stay again or recommend to others!

Disfrutamos mucho la estadía. Massimo nos recibió muy atenta y amablemente. El apartamento es perfecto, cómodo y de fácil acceso. Está ubicado en un 4° piso al que se llega por ascensor. La zona es inmejorable, rodeada de bares, restaurantes y supermercados. Se llega al Duomo caminando en 15 minutos, pero también se puede tomar el tram con parada a pocos metros de la entrada del edificio. Si llegas desde Linate, la linea M4 te deja en la estación Tricolore, a menos de 300 metros. Super recomendable.
