Ferienunterkünfte mit Sauna in 11th arrondissement

This was my second stay at Bérenger's home and it was fantastic once again. It is a beautiful loft located in a wonderful part of Paris. Light filled, clean, with incredible attention to detail, it is one of the best AirBNB stays I've ever experienced. And the sauna at the end of a long day of walking is priceless. As a host, Bérenger is very responsive and supportive. I highly recommend a stay at his home if you are visiting Paris.

We really enjoyed our stay here. it's a funky little place that looks just like the photos. The hammam was a unique feature that we did use after long days of walking throughout Paris. The furnishings and decor really maximized the use of the small apartment and gave the impression of a much larger space. Very comfortable spot!

Se for a Patis é um otimo local para ficar. O apartamento é muito bem equipado e muito bem localizado. o anfitrião foi gentil, me recebendo no início e no fim da estadia. Inclusive me ajudou a pedir o Uber para ir embora, pois a minha Internet parou de funcionar (não contrate o serviço de Internet da Vivo Travel)

Nous avons séjourné dans le logement de Bertrand pour le week-end, nous nous sommes régalés. L’appartement était propre, super spacieux et super confortable. Il a toujours été réactif lorsque nous avions des questions. Merci Bertrand au plaisir

Sora was an excellent host! Very responsive and assisted with anything that was needed. The location is great with lost of restaurants and shops within walking distance. There is even a supermarket next door which was perfect for an air bnb stay. The view if the Eiffel Tower was beautiful. I would definitely stay here again! The neighborhood also felt safe.

A charming loft, very well situated in a nice part of Paris. No noises from cars and some very nice restaurants near by. Ana is also a wonderful host, ready to help at any time and available for any recommendations.

A Dominique é muito simpática e prestativa! Me deu boas dicas sobre onde comer na região e se esforçou para me deixar confortável. Além do apartamento se encontrar a poucos minutos do centro de Paris. No entanto, acho que faltou mais capricho na hora da limpeza, a cozinha e a casa de banho se encontravam desorganizadas. Porém, de modo geral tive uma boa experiências

The area was good. But it was a little far from all attractions. Had to ride metro to get to each attraction to walk that area? But the view was stunning and well worth it.

great apartment, exactly like pictured. very nice balcony, bedroom, kitchen, living room etc. has all the things you might need for cooking, etc. very clean, bed was very comfortable. geraldine was very responsive, let me check in early, etc. the only negatives would be, make sure to get the wifi info beforehand, the outer gate is tricky lol its on the left side, and after putting in the code it makes no noise haha. also the street can be a little loud in the morning, but there are earplugs (and eye masks) available :). lastly, beware that the bathroom, very nice, has a tub with a hand sprayer, but no actual shower, very european. just so you know. but overall, great place!

It was a great stay! The whole family was super nice and it was fun to talk to them about differences between our countries and world events! The 19th is an area you may not go to unless staying here, but it is definitely worth checking out. The canal is close by and beautiful, as is La Villette with the symphony and science center. Cool area and nice hosts!

Charles was a great host, very accommodating and super helpful. His place was fantastic and a really unique stay in Paris. Will definitely stay there again.

The wellness facilities were excellent, and everything was impeccably clean. The small kitchen, complete with an oven, was perfect for preparing a light meal or snack. The garden is absolutely beautiful — a peaceful space where you can truly relax outdoors. Having a private parking spot was a big bonus for us as well. One of the highlights was the spectacular home cinema. We really enjoyed watching a movie in that amazing setup! Our host was fantastic — very kind and accommodating. Since there was no booking after us, they even offered us a later checkout, which we greatly appreciated. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and unique stay just outside of Paris!

We had a great time at Nicole’s place, for us as two families it was a great location, walking distance to local shops, restaurants, the river and parks. House was homely and welcoming and the pool was fantastic, would highly recommend.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Charles, la maison est lumineuse, très spacieuse et très bien équipée. Elle est parfaite pour les groupes ou les familles et idéalement située pour visiter Paris ou ses environs.

A little piece of heaven, quiet and peaceful. The hosts were outstanding, met us on arrival and helped with our luggage, the family were very polite and helpful. Magali took us around the accommodation. Aircon in both bedrooms which was a lovely treat. bottled water and beer in the fridge. The little boat across the river to the accommodation was so nice and a great experience. It was easy to find your way around the area. There is a local outdoor swimming pool with diving boards which was nice. €5. per child and €8 per adult, this was a great experience too! all in all so nice to find this little gem of a place and would recommend it.

Nous avons été particulièrement bien accueillies et nous en sommes très reconnaissantes (ajout d’un lit parapluie pour le bébé, attention particulière portée au chauffage…) Le lieu est superbe et reposant, c’est exactement ce que nous recherchions pour couper un peu d’avec le quotidien! Wir haben uns zu Viert in dem Reihenhaus sehr wohlgefühlt und fanden die kreative Einrichtung sehr außergewöhnlich, die mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet ist. Die Küche ist aufgrund des großen Tisches etwas beengt, aber alle anderen Räume hatten eine sehr gute Größe. Die Bäder sind sehr modern und die Betten bequem, wobei die Betten im Kinderzimmer leider quietschen. Man hat viele Geschäfte in nächster Nähe und ist in 10 Minuten zur nächsten Metrostation gelaufen.
