Pour 2 personnes, le studio comprend un canapé convertible, une cuisine équipée (plaque induction, bouilloire, machine à café et vaisselle), espace repas, une petite SDB (douche, wc, machine à laver lavante/séchante, sèche-cheveux), une TV et un dressing.

Located in one of the hippest parts of Paris, my well-equipped kitchen includes a 3m long dining table that seats up to 12 people. The apartment has many original features with a private terrace, bedroom with a double sofa bed, and an original small retro bathroom. While the kitchen is very well equipped all mother comforts are kept to a minimum.

Very nice 506 sq. ft. loft situated along a cobbled passage with a small terrace and away from noisy Parisian streets. Neighborhood offers a large variety of restaurants (including French cuisine). We have a parking spot which is accessible with a swipe card (price: 30 euros/day). Metro line: 9 and buses two minutes away (76.56.46,61)

Charmant deux pièces, refait à neuf récemment, avec petite terrasse pour prendre son petit déjeuner dehors. La pièce de vie avec cuisine ouverte sur salon est extrêmement agréable. La salle de bain est moderne et fonctionnelle. Chambre à l'étage. Non accessible aux personnes à mobilité réduite.
