Situé au calme d'une petite rue il est idéal pour un weekend romantique, en famille, entre amis ou pour voyages d'affaires.

Grand duplex dans une voie privée à Ménilmontant

L'appartement est situé au fond d'une voie privée arborée et très calme. Il est sous les toits en duplex au 3 étage, sans ascenseur. Il avait été agencé par un couple d'architectes pour en faire leur foyer; il est à la fois fonctionnel, chaleureux et très lumineux. Pas de télévision mais un piano ... et beaucoup de partitions; pour piano bien sûr mais aussi pour choeur et ténor.
