Ferienunterkünfte mit Kamin in 2nd arrondissement

Un excellent week-end passé dans le gite proposé par Fanny ! Tout est parfait : la maison est propre, très bien équipée, les espaces sont spacieux... Sans parler des extérieurs qui rendent le séjour parfait. On était tristes de partir... Merci !

La maison est très agréable, très propre, bien rangée, et de très bon goût ! Nicolas nous accueille avec une grande sympathie et est très réactif :) Le chat fait sa petite vie, mais est très content de jouer si on le lui propose, très mignon ! Merci Nicolas

De woning van Jonas is enorm ruim en voorzien van alle comfort en benodigdheden. We werden verwelkomd door Patrick, de vriendelijke onderbuur, die ons regelmatig heel goede informatie gaf om de buurt te verkennen. Ook met de andere onderbuur was er goed contact. Qua locatie is de woning perfect gelegen om Marseille of Aix (20 minuten) te verkennen, maar ook de calanques (5 minuten). Absolute aanrader!

Maison nickel propre et le lieu est magnifique

Avec ma famille nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Cadre et maison idéale pour des vacances familiales. On s’est vraiment senti comme à la maison cuisine bien équipée, plein de couchages pour les petits, mobilier extérieur agréable, piscine très sympa, tout ce qu’il faut pour faire des bbq et profiter de repas au soleil. Joanna a été hyper proactive et disponible. Le voisinage est génial. En résumé un très bon séjour. Je recommande à 100%

Unser Aufenthalt in Rebeccas Unterkunft war absolut fantastisch! Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einer sehr ruhigen und sicheren Gegend. Die Aussicht und die Terrasse sind hervorragend. Alles, was wir brauchten, war vorhanden, und die Küchen waren bestens ausgestattet. Der Concierge Eric hat uns herzlich empfangen und war stets Verfügbar. Die Katze Lili ist eine sehr liebe und süsse Katze. Wir können diese Unterkunft jedem wärmstens empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder. Herzlichen Dank für alles!

We were a family of 10 including two young children, Sylvain’s property worked perfectly for this, allowing my daughter and her family the freedom of the annexe whilst the rest of the family were in the main house. The garden was a huge bonus for us with young boys who wanted to play ball games and run around it was perfect. Not forgetting the large pool which was where we spent most of our days as it was very hot! The area is very peaceful and yet a bus stop at the end of the road takes you into Aix-en-Provence within minutes for about a euro each. The property is very well equipped for everything really and if we needed anything Sylvain responded almost immediately. Thoroughly recommend!

Het is een schitterend huis dat nieuw is en leuk ingericht. Vanaf het balkon heb je een prachtig uitzicht op het dorpje Mimet. Het heeft een fijn zwembad, heerlijke jacuzzi, een ruime eetkamer en bij de tv een hele grote bank. 2 koelkasten en vriezers, dat is handig als je met een familie van 13 personen bent. Er zijn 3 dingen die fijn zijn om van te voren te weten. Er zit veel hoogte verschil in en om het huis, dus je moet veel trappen lopen, niet handig voor mensen die niet goed ter been zijn. Het zwembad heeft geen zomerdek waardoor het water in de nacht erg afkoelt en er vuil in het water komt. En als laatste, maar met pubers heel belangrijk, de Wifi is niet stabiel en niet in alle ruimtes toegankelijk. De eigenaren, Chris en Alexander, die heel snel reageren en servicebewust zijn, hebben dit wel geprobeerd voor ons op te lossen, helaas bij ons niet gelukt, maar ik weet zeker dat ze hier mee aan de slag gaan. Wij komen hier graag weer een keer terug!

We had a really nice time at Serre’s place. The balcony is a great feature as it gets a lot of sun and since the flat is in a quiet neighbourhood it’s a great place to start the day. The location allows to easily get to the centre whilst staying in a more residential and quiet area. Serre was lovely and responded to our messages quickly and clearly.

Guilherme was our host and was everything you could want. On the ball with responding and intructions but not overbearing. He was also super friendly and sent us local recommendations which we checked one out and was brilliant. The place itself had everything we needed and felt very chilled, minimalist interior which lent itself to having a peaceful mind. I would absolutely recommend to anyone looking to stay.

Ah Marseille ! – Quelle surprise et quel bonheur cette belle ville, et le charmant appartement cool et chic de Romain est très bien situé et un plaisir d'y passer du temps. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut et le lit est très confortable. La vue à travers les grandes fenêtres d’un couvent est spectaculaire. Le quartier est sympathique avec peu de touristes et compte de nombreux restaurants et épiceries. Romain a toujours été disponible et communicatif. La seule amélioration que nous pouvions apporter serait une autre solution pour récupérer et déposer les clés. Pour nous, c'était difficile à cause de la distance avec les valises. Autrement, nous avons passé un séjour parfait.

Très bon séjour chez Virginie, hôtesse très arrangeante et sympathique. Le logement est pratique et parfaitement situé. Je recommande.

Un cadre magnifique pour séjourner. La maison est située dans un jardin vraiment idyllique. Tout est réuni pour passer un bon séjour. La maison est parfaitement propre, décorée avec goût. Jean-Luc est un hôte bienveillant et discret. Il nous a délivré de très bonnes idées de balades. Sa gentillesse est à souligner ainsi que la qualité de son logement. Merci pour ce très bon séjour.

siamo stati per lavoro in cinque persone e ci siamo trovati molto bene visto che la casa è dotata di tutti i confort anche non essenziali (lavastoviglie, lavatrice, barbecue, ping pong riparato per passare un po' di tempo). alloggio indipendente con parcheggio privato di almeno 3 macchine, comodo anche per ordinare pasti delivery se non parli francese (ordini on line e ti arriva al cancello davanti casa senza dover parlare una lingua sconosciuta). proprietari proprio gentili, ci hanno portato anche le frappe o chiacchiere provenzali fatte da loro. il check in e check out lo fanno direttamente loro quindi va concordato l'orario di arrivo e uscita. consigliatissimo, se avrò l'occasione ci tornerò.

Nous avons passé un weekend d'enterrement de vie de jeune fille inoubliable dans le manoir de Jean-Pascal : grande maison propre et entièrement équipée, espace extérieur incroyable, et j'en passe. En outre, Jean-Pascal a été un hôte extrêmement réactif et arrangeant. Je vous recommande ce logement les yeux fermés ; c'est probablement l'un des meilleurs rapports qualité-prix du marché !

Virginie and Gilles, were two fantastic guests. They made sure we had all what we needed for our arrival, including breakfast for next morning. That was very much appreciated since this prevented us from having to run to a supermarket being tired from traveling. They were also incredibly flexible with our time of arrival and departure. La Villa d'Emmanuelle et Bruno est idéalement situé dans un quartier résidentiels calme, mais a proximité de commerce et à 15min du port de Cassis La villa est très spacieuse et parfaitement adaptée pour 10 personnes Elle dispose d'un grand salon, d'une belle cuisine équipé et d'une grande salle a manger 3 chambres doubles de plein pied et 2 chambres doubles accessible via un escalier. 2 chambres sur les 5 sont équipées de salle de bain et WC ! Un vrai plus. L'annexe avec la salle jeu (ping pong / Baby foot) + un terrain de pétanque extérieur vient compléter le tout ! Mon séjour s'est déroulé en Mars, donc autant dire que je n'ai pas utilisé la piscine. Mais la vaste terrasse qui entoure la belle piscine (qui était propre a mon arrivée) ne me laisse aucun doute sur les moments de détentes possibles aux périodes chaude. L'accès par portail automatique dans une petite cour, permet de rentrer (et de sécuriser) 3 voitures Enfin, la communication avec Bruno est facile et agréable

This is such a special, beautiful spot! The home is full of character and charm with lovely outdoor spaces for dining and playing pétanque. The vineyards are peaceful at night but with easy access to town and the Calanques. Gerard is an excellent host with thoughtful touches like farm fresh eggs and their family wine. It will go down as one of our very favorite rentals of all-time and I hope we can return again. Merci!

What a relaxing escape! You are short staircase directly across the street from Le Prophète beach which always has activity but is nowhere near as crazy as the beaches closer to old port. There's a nice break wall and you can swim off either side, great sand, and the warm water of the mediterranean. Once you go through the first gate on the short staircase you're in a private paradise with your own salt water pool, multiple decks and a perfect view on the sunset every evening. There's a covered outdoor dining area and spots to soak up the sun. The house is full of bohemian charm. Meandering rooms and a twisty staircase provide 3 spacious bedrooms and several bathrooms that served our family (with two teenage girls) well. The kitchen is well stocked and the host even made sure we had some essential provisions on our arrival as we were coming in on a local holiday. There's a nice italian restaurant just down the corner, and more food a 10 minute bus ride either direction. Lovely.

Quatre chambres confortables pour notre petite famille. Notre belle-fille enceinte a pu profiter de la salle de bain et wc dans sa chambre sans nus déranger pendant la nuit. Aucun problème de voisinage, endroit tranquille et agréable. Notre hôte Thierry était absent lors de notre arrivée mais cela n'a posé aucun problème car un de ses amis charmant est venu nous accueillir et nous a donné tous les renseignements nécessaires. Thierry nous a appelé dans la journée pour savoir si nous étions bien installés. Cet endroit est à conseiller, nous étion 8 et chacun a pu y trouver sa place. Merci Thierry.
