Incredible location, comfortable, clean, and quiet apartment, responsive host…what more could you ask for? Charlotte was very kind, quick, and patient with my lack of French speaking.

This was a fantastic place to stay for a business trip. Super easy to walk to the convention pavilions, metro stations, and neighboring hotels where others were staying. I cannot say enough good things about how responsive and helpful the host was. We questioned if a street level apartment would be noisy or feel unsafe, but the street was so quiet, the apartment felt sound proof, and the commuters were all locals. Having a street level apartment was SO nice given that we were traveling with a lot of bulky heavy equipment that would have been difficult to get up stairs or in elevators. Plenty of places to eat within one or two blocks in every direction, and local businesses if you need a grocery or laundromat.

My husband and I loved this little spot in Paris. The apartment was clean and exactly what we expected. Our driver, who picked us up from the airport, was wonderful and very kind. We also loved that someone met us at the apartment and walked us through everything. The location is very close to metro stops and there are tons of restaurants nearby. Thanks for sharing your home with us.

I cannot recommend more highly! This Airbnb was the perfect home base for living out my Paris dreams. My cousin and I stayed here for a girls’ trip and loved the peaceful, residential vibe of the 13th arrondissement—quiet yet well-connected via Metro Line 6. The gated courtyard felt private and secure, and we were welcomed by a lively farmers market just outside our door, filled with delicious Middle Eastern food, fresh produce, and local charm. A buzzing boulangerie was 50 steps away, and a petite supermarché just down the street stocked our cozy kitchen for nights in with White Lotus. The apartment was the perfect size for two, with beautiful natural light that made getting ready each day a joy. Our host, Evan, was fantastic—attentive, communicative, and full of great tips. We loved wandering the neighborhood to see the amazing street art and ended most evenings with delicious meals nearby. Highlights included Chez Nathalie and Fabbreza—don’t miss the best affogato I’ve ever had.

Charles was a perfect host & so accommodating to our needs, very responsive and checking in on anything we might need. very clean apartment and the sofa bed was surprisingly extremely comfortable, got an excellent night’s sleep with a great amount of pillows too. Bathrooms are always a priority when finding an airbnb & the bathroom here was just perfect. would definitely stay here again :)

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. It was very convenient for public transportation and lots of great bars and restaurants very nearby. Belleville is a lovely area. I would stay again when back in Paris.

I’ll start with saying overall it was a good place in a great location & would rent again. It’s in a nice quiet building & as long as you follow the detailed instructions, you will find it (you go thru several doors to get in.) I was extremely grateful to Bea for accommodating a flexible check in. The size was perfect for my 17 yr old daughter and me. The fold out couch is VERY comfy. You never know with those. With it folded out, it’s tight to move around the flat but fine for the 2 of us. I cooked breakfast in the morning so the kitchenette was great for small easy cooking, like eggs. One of the only downsides with the rental is it was very stuffy as air didn’t seem to work. I messaged about a fan but we opened a window. However, you can’t have window open and curtains closed at same time but it was private enough to leave curtains open. I’m an international flight attendant so I’m used to the lack of cool air in Europe, even in brand hotels 😂

Had an amazing stay! The courtyard was stunning and added a tranquil feel to the place in the middle of such a big city. The apartment itself was cozy and perfect for our needs
