Excellent séjour, maison incroyablement bien équipée, vue à couper le souffle sur le lac, très bonne proximité d'Annecy et des stations de ski. Sebastien est un hôte très réactif et vraiment super sympa, nous reviendrons sans aucun doute. Merci Sebastien !

This is a great house - well equipped, spacious and in a beautiful location. Gil met us there and was very helpful in providing info about the local area. Supermarket 5 mins away, and around 15-20 mins to get into the beautiful town of Annecy. The third bedroom is on the lower floor, which could be tricky with younger kids, but my 15 year old enjoyed the privacy. Excellent hosts, great stay.

Excellent spot for a large group! Lots of cozy space for hanging out and all the amenities for cooking large meals. It’s quite remote so difficult to get to if you don’t have a car, but there’s small cute bakery for bread.

It was very comfortable and convenient. Located in a peaceful neighborhood close to the lake. The host, Eli, was very considerate, kind, and always willing to help. I would definitely love to come again.

Wonderful and comfortable house in a beautiful and peaceful surrounding, with an amazing host. Particularly recommended for families with kids. Location: Serene and beautiful surroundings, inside a private compound in the hills of Chambéry, while still being within walking distance from the center. Lots of privacy, with no direct views of any houses. Ideal for someone trying to escape the hustle and bustle of the city center. House and Amenities: Beautiful architect-designed house (just like in the pictures) with new and comfortable amenities. Very well equipped for long stays, with everything you need for cooking, washing, etc. Host: Brigitte was an amazing host, welcoming us on the first day and remaining extremely available and responsive to all questions and needs we had. She was sweet and caring, and genuinely concerned about our well-being and enjoyment of our vacation. Truly our home away from home. The most deserved 5-star review I've done in a while.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Sylvie ! Le logement est spacieux, bien équipé et calme, l'espace extérieur est agréable et nous avons beaucoup aimé découvrir la région. Sylvie est une hôte sympathique et nous sommes ravis d'avoir choisi sa maison pour nos vacances.

Excellent séjour, vue magnifique, au calme, Damien a été très disponible et de très bon conseil pour les randonnées. La maison est très bien agencée et très agréable.

A lovely, storied home close with a gracious and helpful host. The house has many things inside, but it is remarkably clean and free from dust. Kitchen is well stocked for cooking. Located at the base of a gorgeous mountain, close to Geneva, and easy day-trip driving distance to Mont Blanc, Annecy, and other points of interest. If on foot it might be uncomfortable to walk to public transports, but if you have a car this home is an outstanding value for the price.

We were on a family holiday with a mixture of adults and kids and babies. Cecile’s place was great for our holiday. It is very well located, it was a 5min walk to a small group of shops that had restaurants and a beautiful patisserie, 5min walk to a supermarket, 5min walk to restaurants on the lake, 5min walk to multiple bustops and a bus top right outside but most importantly only 5min walk to the beach and is a lovely walk through a reserve. The old town is also walking distance about 30min along a beautiful lake front promenade. The house itself is spacious with a large living area in open plan and a balcony. It also has a large backyard which our kids loved playing in. The only downside for us would be that the upstairs bedrooms were rather warm while we were there but we still all slept well and it probably wasn’t appropriate for under 5 year olds with various ornaments and 3 levels of stairs. Thank you Cecile, our family will have great memories of our stay in Annecy.

Benjamin's place was all we were looking for during kids' winter break: spacious enough for 2 families, great location and comfortable with all needed amenities. Location could not have been better: only 5 min drive to ski lifts & Megeve center, only 20 min walking distance to Megeve center with near-by shops for daily groceries. Benjamin was also very responsive and proactive, enabling us to have a very smooth check-in. We would definitely recommend and would like to come back again!

Great check-in. Owner allowed for early check-in once the house was available. The kitchen was well equipped. The pool was a nice size. The yard was expansive for our children to play. The outdoor dining area was great - it was mostly shaded the entire day. We ate both lunch and dinner outside when we dined in. The bathrooms were a bit small but worked for us. The town of Annecy was busier than we thought it would be so that was a disappointment. We only went into town once. If we return, we may try to stay further away from Annecy. To get to the lake, we just walked through the back yard of another property of the owner. So, it takes a couple minutes to either walk to the lake or walk bikes to the path. Note: bikes are no longer provided for guests due to liability concerns. It took about 5 minutes to drive to the beach (Plage Municipale). There was sufficient onsite parking. We drove up the mountains on either side of the lake to hike, which was nice

Belle surprise de découvrir cette spacieuse maison proche du lac, entourée de grands arbres, au calme. Rien n'a manqué pour passer notre séjour en famille. Tout est accessible à pied et arrêt de bus proche pour se rendre à Annecy en 30'. Aménagements extérieurs très pratiques et sécurisés pour les enfants. Nous conseillons un réveil matinal, une promenade le long du lac, monter à la boulangerie "le fournil de mon père", prendre le temps d'un petit café au vieux port et apporter les croissants à la famille qui se réveille doucement...

Le séjour dans la maison de Karine à Challex s’est très bien passé. Sa maison est spacieuse, fonctionnelle et équipée de tout le nécessaire. Une vue superbe sur la chaîne des Alpes y compris depuis la piscine. Karine est une personne facilement joignable et elle a su être compréhensive lors d’un petit dégât matériel (poignée du frigidaire abîmée) que nous nous sommes proposé de rembourser. Je recommande donc cette maison !

We had a wonderful stay at this house nestled in the beautiful French Alps. The host was extremely helpful and made everything easy, from the check-in process to providing assistance during our stay. The house is equipped with everything needed for those who love cooking, including grilling utensils that we thoroughly enjoyed using. The wide range of pool accessories was a very nice touch, allowing us to relax and have fun outdoors. The garden is spacious and well-maintained, perfect for enjoying the alpine scenery in complete tranquility. It was a relaxing and refreshing stay, and we would gladly return in the future. Thanks again for the hospitality!

A 5 min drive from Aix les bains and a 35 min drive from Annecy, this incredible house is the perfect combination of proximity to the bustling town centres, and peace and quiet of a holiday home. The house is very spacious with plenty of outdoors space and amenities for both adults and kids (swimming pool, tree house, barbecue, etc.). Would highly recommend for a group of 8-10 people.

Nous recommandons ce logement pour des vacances au calme ! Ce logement est très bien équipé : piscine, jacuzzi, table de ping-pong, baby-foot, bouée pour la piscine, jeux de société, plancha, bbq etc. La communication avec Pierre-Yves et Huguette s'est faite facilement et ils nous ont fait parvenir plusieurs vidéos explicatives sur : l'arrivée, l'utilisation des équipements du logement... Etc. Ce qui était très appréciable ! L'accueil (mais aussi le départ) est des plus chaleureux : le petit déjeuner et des boissons pour le 1er apéro nous attendaient à notre arrivée. Nous avions également besoin d'un 2ieme lit parapluie, et Pierre-Yves et Huguette on fait en sorte de pouvoir nous en fournir un. Merci ! Nous avons du avancer notre départ et nos hôtes se sont gentiment rendus disponibles pour être présent.

Feedback Wir waren im Familienurlaub (mit 2 Kindern und Omas) hier und waren total begeistert! Das Haus hat eine tolle Lage mit traumhaftem Blick auf den See, welcher mit Auto oder Fahrrad in kürzester Zeit zu erreichen ist. Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll und es fehlt an nichts. Vor allem die Kinder waren nonstop im Pool, der ein echtes Highlight ist. Und auch die Kommunikation hat reibungslos funktioniert und Sylvie war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Absolute Weiterempfehlung!

Logement très agréable, propre et bien situé. Correspond tout a fait à la description. Une seule remarque, ma fille ainée étant malvoyante, les nombreuses marches entre les différentes pièces lui ont causé des difficultés dans ses déplacements.

Nous avons passé un excellent week-end de Pâques dans la belle maison de Max que nous n'avons pas pu rencontrer mais très réactif à mes questions ce qui est vraiment appréciable. Nous avons eu la chance d'avoir 2 jours de soleil, donc apéritif sur la grande terrasse avec vue sur la montagne, un vrai bonheur ! Dans la maison, la grande salle est très conviviale, un îlot pour faire la cuisine cela permet d'être tous ensemble 🥰 Enfin voilà, n'hésitez pas, si vous aimez la montagne, une maison au calme.
