Familienfreundliche Ferienunterkünfte in Arâches-la-Frasse

Nous avons passé un excellent week-end chez Olivier. Disponible, accueillant, plein de bons conseils sur les activités à faire dans le secteur. Voiture recommandée, à quelques kilomètres de St Gervais. Le logement est agréable, fonctionnel, correspond à la description. Le petit déjeuner est parfait et la vue, splendide !

Tout était parfait, conforme à la description et aux photo. Logement propre et tous ce qu'il faut a disposition ( linge, serviettes, café etc... ) la roulotte est bien séparer du logement des propriétaires, nous avons profité du jacuzzi et du jardin en toute intimité. Le lieu est très calme et apaisant, idéal pour se détendre après une promenade a Annecy.

Sebastien a réagi rapidement à nos messages, la communication était facile, pas compliquée et sympatique, nous nous sommes sentis à l'aise. Le chalet était tel que décrit, propre, très, très bien équipé (mieux que décrit), la vue magnifique, et le sauna et jakuzi super. En somme, de belles vacances pour nous.

Philippe a été très accueillant, très sympathique et réactif, de bon conseil et prévenant, et nous avons passé une excellente semaine avec notre fils de 15 mois (le logement s’y prête !) dans ce joli petit mazot ! Les environs sont magnifiques, de belles randos et tout un tas de stations à proximité ! À refaire avec plaisir :)

4 giorni di relax immersi nella natura. Il soggiorno è stato magnifico. La casa è dotata di ogni comfort, dalla fornitura della cucina e del barbecue ad una sauna interna e una vasca idromassaggio esterna. Gib è stato il perfetto padrone di casa. Ci ha fornito tutte le indicazioni dettagliate per il nostro arrivo allo chalet e sempre disponibile a rispondere alle nostre domande. Tutto è stato assolutamente impeccabile. Super consigliato!

Excellent séjour dans ce magnifique chalet. Le logement est dans un cadre paisible, tout est décoré avec bon goût. La cuisine est entièrement équipée. Le chalet est spacieux, et très propre. Etienne est un hôte réactif, disponible et de bons conseils.

The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore local restaurants, shops, and attractions. For skiers and snowboarders, it’s a dream, with easy access to all the major mountain ranges. What truly made our stay special was the host. They were warm, welcoming, and genuinely caring, ensuring we had everything we needed. I can’t recommend this place enough—whether you're here for adventure or relaxation, it’s the perfect choice for anyone visiting the area!

Un endroit charmant, entouré de verdure et de vaches, idéal pour se ressourcer. Isabelle, notre hôtesse, est une personne tout à fait accueillante et souriante, qui a su bien nous renseigner. Le seul petit inconvénient de notre séjour a été l'absence de lumière extérieure pour profiter de la terrasse le soir, ou peut-être ne l'avons-nous pas trouvée. Quoi qu'il en soit, cela n’a pas gâché notre très agréable week-end.

Très bon séjour chez Roberta, grand jardin pour les chiens avec accès direct au lac. Logement cosy, on s’y sent presque comme à la maison. Roberta très sympathique et très disponible si besoin. La proximité avec le centre d’Annecy est un grand + Je recommande !

Excellent séjour au sein de votre chalet ! Parfaitement équipé, proche de chemins de randonnées et le petit plus avec le jacuzzi au soleil! Un régal!

We really enjoyed our stay in this fantastic apartment. It’s a great space for one or two guests and although small, it doesn’t feel like it. The sunny balcony with the beautiful view was a lovely spot to relax after a busy ski day.

Emplacement idéal centre village Combloux. Toutes commodités à proximité et à pieds. Très bon accueil par Jean-Paul. Grande propreté du logement, beau jardin et espace détente, tranquillité et superbe vue. Merci Jean-Paul pour votre sympathie !

Nous avons passé une semaine de rêve dans ce chalet. Le paysage est tout simplement à couper le souffle, idéal pour se ressourcer et profiter de la nature. Le chalet était impeccablement propre, très cosy et parfaitement équipé pour répondre à tous nos besoins. Fabienne est adorable, toujours disponible et très accueillante. Un véritable havre de paix dans lequel nous espérons revenir très vite! Je recommande vivement cet endroit pour tous ceux qui cherchent à s’évader et vivre une belle expérience pour ces vacances. Very nice apartment with mountain view from balcony that gets the sun all afternoon in April. Very strategic location for getting to several ski resorts (Paradiski, La Rosière/La Thuile, Éspace Killy, Trois Vallées via Brides-Les-Bains). Close to the Funiculaire in Bourg-Saint-Maurice going up to Arcs 1600, which is very convenient (1-2 minutes by car, lots of parking places, full day cost is 3,80 EURO in April 2025). Super U supermarket with very large range of food and drink within a five minute drive. Host is very responsive. Highly recommended accomodation!

Nous avons passé un très bon week-end chez Marc avec un couple d’ami et leur enfant de 3 ans. Le logement est bien agencé, bien équipé, notamment de tous les produits de premières nécessités (savon, éponges, pastilles lave-vaisselle, gel douche, draps, serviettes, etc). La cheminée avec fourniture du bois a été très agréable pour les soirées fraîches ! Hôte très accueillant et arrangeant ! Nous recommandons Marc et son logement !

Great check-in. Owner allowed for early check-in once the house was available. The kitchen was well equipped. The pool was a nice size. The yard was expansive for our children to play. The outdoor dining area was great - it was mostly shaded the entire day. We ate both lunch and dinner outside when we dined in. The bathrooms were a bit small but worked for us. The town of Annecy was busier than we thought it would be so that was a disappointment. We only went into town once. If we return, we may try to stay further away from Annecy. To get to the lake, we just walked through the back yard of another property of the owner. So, it takes a couple minutes to either walk to the lake or walk bikes to the path. Note: bikes are no longer provided for guests due to liability concerns. It took about 5 minutes to drive to the beach (Plage Municipale). There was sufficient onsite parking. We drove up the mountains on either side of the lake to hike, which was nice

Sophie is a very friendly host and she really helped me with the check in. Spotless place, very convenient location, especially if you ski in Les Arcs. Just a short walk to the funicular. Would 100% recommend.

Great stay in Les Praz. Super short walk to the Flegere lift. The apartment was as described. Fabien was super responsive and proactive and the perfect host. We enjoyed our stay there and would love to come back.

Nous n’avons passé qu’une nuit, mais c’était parfait. Christelle a été très réactive et notre arrivée malgré le fait qu’elle soit tardive c’est parfaitement déroulé.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour aux Arcs 1600. Le domaine skiable est immense et magnifique. Le logement proposé par Florent était impeccable, confortable, bien agencé et correspondait parfaitement au descriptif. La vue est sublime. Le livret d'accueil envoyé par notre hôte nous a été trés utile. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Dominique. Florent et Dominique sont très accueillants et réactifs. Nous reviendrons très certainement l'année prochaine.

My girlfriend and I stayed one night at karines place in august before driving onwards to the south . We had a wonderful stay: after welcoming us with something to drink and a piece of local cheese, she told us all about the festival of lac annecy which we were lucky to take part in, amazing fireworks! She also pointed us to the best spots only locals know about. And then of course there is karines home, which is beautiful. We had a room with big doors to a front porch terrace, a comfortable bed and wifi. We had our own bathroom and toilet. All in all a class A experience!
