Bettwäsche inklusive Küche: Es gibt eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Backofen, Geschirrspüler, Kühl-/Gefrierschrank, Wasserkocher und Nespresso-Maschine. Bad: Badezimmer mit Dusche, Waschbecken, Waschmaschine, WC. Handtücher inklusive. Bereich: 220m vom nächsten Strand 400m zum Supermarkt (Konzum) 500 m vom Stadtzentrum, Restaurants usw. 64 km nach Plitvice Nationalpark 41 km zum Nationalpark Velebit Über dem Haus: Das Haus wurde vor 70 Jahren von unserem Großvater/Vater gebaut. Es war eines der ersten Häuser in dieser Gegend von Senj, es gab keine Straßen oder Straßenlaternen. Heutzutage hat sich alles verändert, es gibt viele Häuser, Straßen, Straßenlaternen und es ist ein sehr beliebtes Viertel zum Leben. Unsere Großeltern wohnen nicht mehr im Haus. Unsere 103-jährige Oma lebt noch, sie kann hier einfach nicht mehr alleine leben. Wir wollten das schöne Einfamilienhaus behalten und haben das Haus renoviert und in 2 Wohnungen umgebaut.

Unsere Ferienwohnung Sunset-Oase befindet sich in dem kleinen Örtchen Prizna an der Kvarner Bucht. Die Wohnung liegt in Erster Linie am Adriatischen Meer. Die Lagune ist direkt über einen eigenen Treppenzugang erreichbar. Die Ferienwohnung wurde in 2017 neugebaut und hochwertig ausgestattet. Die 15 m² große Terrasse  bietet einen romantischen Sonnenuntergang. Sie ist mit Sonnenliegen, Stühlen und Terrassentisch ausgestattet. Die Inseln PAK (3 km) und RAB (15 km) können schnell erreich werden.

The apartment has a spacious terrace with beautiful view, one bedroom with double bed and one single bed if needed for a third person, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, television, shower and toilet, internet and free parking in the yard. Several spacious sandy beaches are located 100 m down the house as well as other varied beaches such as smaller, rocky, intimate ones. Right next to the nearest beach is a promenade just by the sea which leads to the center of the old town of Rab.

This cozy tiny house is situated directly in the heart of the old town of Baška. Two separate bedrooms, one on the first level one in the attic, kitchen with the living room and a nice balcony on the second level and a small bathroom is what this 47m2 apartment consists of. Both the attic and the 1st floor have an air conditioner. Ideal for a family holiday: the beach just in front of the house, no need of any transportation, private parking on 300 m from the accommodation. .

Donja Klada house (The address is Donja Klada 18/p) is the part of the Velebit nature park and placed in the peaceful cove near old town Senj, across the islands Rab and Goli Otok. This is the family holiday house on the coast with private parking for two cars, a perfect place for swimming, fishing and diving. The house is situated in the first and only row on the coast with no disturbance of other tourists. It's the perfect place to rest, relax and recharge.

My place is close to restaurants, great views, and the beach.The paradise house is good for couples, solo adventurers, families, and furry friends (pets). In our neighbourhood are market place, kran for boat, also we offer a space for your boat. In our lovely garden you can find a barbecue and enjoy to cook. This apartment is with balcony and sea view, kitchen and living room. It has a small private terase with sitting erea and gas grill. Pet is 7€ per day.

Senj is not a typical tourist destination; there are no big hotels or crowds. On the beaches and in the restaurants you can always find a place. Senj is interesting for guests traveling to Dalmatia, the Dalmatian islands and Dubrovnik, so they can take a break halfway.
