During 2024 and 2025 the interior of the villa was completely renovated, with top of the line materials and appliances, turning every stay into an extremely enjoyable experience.

Zwei kostenlose Fahrrader stehen zur Verfugung, um den Strand zu erreichen (ca.5km). Großer kostenloser Parkplatz 20 Meter vom Haus entfernt. Villetta ben curata e servita da tutti i confort per un piacevole soggiorno in una delle zone più belle della Versilia. Location strategica poiché vicina al mare e al centro storico, facilmente raggiungibili entrambi ache a piedi e in bici , tramite la pista ciclabile di fronte all’abitazione stessa . Piscina ad uso condiviso con le altre due abitazioni.

La Casetta si trova a 100 metri dall'ingresso della ciclabile del Parco La Versiliana tra Pietrasanta e Forte dei Marmi . Il mare è a soli 800 metri di ciclabile. La casetta è ristrutturata recentemente. Si trova in contesto tranquillo, ma vicino a tutti i servizi. E' costituita da un corpo centrale ed una dependance (camera e bagno) che facilita il soggiorno anche di due nuclei familiari. Cortesia assicurata.Bici per ospiti gratuite.
